Totally upset that this supposed to be a kids place to have fun, play in the game room but guess what I'm not the only who has seen that almost all and yes ALL THE GAMES are broken they have signs that says out of order all over the place the only 5 games that where working will get your tokens but don't give the game to start so you have to go back and forth or wait for a worker to let them know what happened but for that you can wait until like 10 or 15 min standing there infront of a broken game. We spend a lot of tokens to get up to around 2,000 tickets 🎟 and I didn't have the precaution of seeing the prizes they have before starting purchasing the tokens but since we went for a party as guests I was not gonna let my kids out of the "fun" so when ot was time for changing tickets and getting the prize 😢 they didn't have nothing good and for a prize of 800 tickets they'll give you a prize that you can buy at a dollar store it's not worth it. If they can put better prizes and put all the games working as they supposed to then other story this will be. Cokes machines where bad you would put water and tasted like sweet tea or coke and it will come strawberry flavor when it comes to pizza I think that part is ok they served...
Read moreI’m editing (deleting) my review from years ago because bc it’s definitely changed. When they first opened you got actual tokens (little gold coins) & they were fun for kids to be able to count out & put in the machines. Now? The dreaded swipe cards. The ones that kids just swipe 4000 times in a row on 4 different games when it doesn’t work immediately or it’s broke? Yep. Those cards. The ones that end up loosing you money & are ZERO fun for kids? Those cards. Also ruining any resemblance of nostalgia or fun is how they’ve got rid of the paper tickets that used to print out of the machines when you’d win a jackpot, or just in general. NOW your “tickets” JUST GO ON THE SAME PLASTIC CARD. I swear.. every single company is so greedy & refuses to spend a little more $ actually making things fun & memorable for kids. It’s just another place to swipe a plastic card and get frustrated now. No thanks!!!!
And “not wanting to be wasteful” is not an excuse for ending the paper tickets and tokens. This place goes through way too many plastic cards and pizza boxes to pretend like they’re...
Read moreThe Good: The place is new, so it's nice and clean with large seating areas. 2 separate seating areas. One is near the games, so that tends to be where the large groups with kids congregate, and there's another area on the other side, divided by the entrance. This other side tends to be primarily adults wanting to sit as far away from the children as possible. The salad bar is decent. It's better than other pizza buffets I've seen. The toppings on the pizza seem to be pretty good quality. The cheese bread is great.
The Bad:First, the pizza sauce they use on their pizzas is just plain tomato sauce. No spices, no flavor, no salt, no pepper, nothing. It tastes like they open a can of tomato sauce and put it directly on the pizza. It has that very strong tomato/metalic taste that tomato sauce has straight from the can. Second, there's not much selection. Only room for about 4-5 pizzas. Seems like there's only tomato sauce based pizzas. No spinach alfredo, or any similar type pizzas.
I had hopes. Too bad the pizza was bad. I...
