IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN A ZERO, I WOULD ! On October 13th, I had a terrible encounter with the staff. When I arrived to the drive thru and was asked what I wanted, I started by asking how the individual was doing and she instantly ignored me, but I bypassed and proceeded with making an order. After naming an item from the menu she will instantly respond by saying "are you done" which was rude because I felt as if I was being rushed and there weren't any cars behind us. After making my order which totaled to $14.7, I went to pay at the window. The individual who took my order not only cursed when she took my card but she had a very disgusting attitude. After being charged, she gave me my card and slammed the window. I looked at the receipt to confirm everything was good and I noticed that she put NO SAUCE on the receipt and I was never asked, so I asked for the window to be opened so I can speak on the sauce I wanted for my food. The manager came and opened the window and the female who had the attitude was speaking negatively about me and my cousins in spanish without having any idea that Spanish was our first language. She assumed that we did not speak Spanish because we were people of color. After a major dispute, I decided to go inside to ask for the sauce because I never said anything due to the commotion. When I walked inside, the female and her manager "Maria" were still speaking negatively about us and when I reacted, they attempted to make us look as we were the bad people in the scenario. It is very disgusting to see such a company with a long franchise have people like this work for them who are still discriminating people and being racist. Read moreI went to Popeyes on 9/19/2023 and bought a 10 piece mixed chicken and fries which cost me 23.00. They gave me 3 or 4 thighs which I paid for mixed chicken and the chicken seemed to have been sitting under the light a long time. Not fresh at all. Very disappointing to get home and discover that my order was totally incorrect. I was sent home with spicy wings. Normally I would check my order before leaving but this time unfortunately I did not. I totally assumed I would have exactly what I paid for inside of the bag. I was totally disappointed because I bought the chicken and fries for my grand babies which were unable to eat the spicy wings. I called back and advised the shift manager of my issue and she apologized and said she would post my name on the board to have my entire order replaced. When I returned today to have my order replaced the shift manager was very rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience to her and did not want to take the time to even look at the board showing my name and what order needed to be replaced. She was totally unapologetic and very unprofessional. She raised her voice at me and ignored me as if she wanted me to leave. She began speaking spanish to another customer and just ignored me when it was my turn in line to be assisted. She finally looked at me and said rudely, I can't do anything for you. After explaining that the shift manager on the day before noted my name and order for replacement she told me in a very hostile tone of voice to go get your receipt. Read moreI came here and I got two orders which was a kids meal and a 2 piece combo, thats what I said at the intercom and that's what it said on the screen, however when I got at the window they removed the kids meal when I didn't ask them to do that which i informed her of that and then Johanna came to the window and said they was going to refuse my service , because they got the order wrong and instantly got pissed off and addressed her inside the restaurant, the problem is i do believe that the manager for this location is very racist, dont have no black people working at this location or speak English, this is 3rd time that Johanna got my order wrong the manager did nothing about it, Johanna always getting the order wrong and then blaming the customers, she needs to be fired, then the fact that she tried to act like she did nothing when I addressed her in the inside is very onsurb, they need to hire people with active listening,better customer service and that speak English , this location discriminates again blacks thats the reason no black people are working here, Johanna needs to be fired, i really hope they close this location clearly they are discriminating against blacks i wrote a letter to corporate i pray they address this matter, racism needs to stop, Johanna needs to go people should've have to go to different Popeyes because of employee like her,...
