I have had nothing but great experiences here at this location the employees are always polite. Unfortunately, today (4/21) I placed an order on The Smoothie King App to be picked up 6:45pm. When I arrived (6:47pm) there was a long line in the drive thru. I called to let them know I had arrived and also to check the status on my order. A male employee answered the phone and I told him I was there he mumbled something then hung up. I assumed we had gotten disconnected. So I called again and he proceeds to tell me in a rude and disrespectful manner, "I know you see that long line out there!" then he hangs up again. There was no way to cancel the order I placed on the app at this point. So when he brings it out he practically throws them at me. He had forgot to bring straws so he goes back. When he returned with the straws I told him he didn't have to be rude. Especially if I'm spending money at this establishment I refuse to be treated in this manner. Instead of being rude he could of simply said it's going to be about 5-10 mins or whatever the case may be. And I would of been okay with waiting. This employee needs to get a different job if he can't handle multi tasking or retrained on customer service.
I will not be back. I will spend my money at another establishment where my business is...

First off this location closes at 9:30pm, I got there at 9:06, parked and go inside the store only to be asked to go back outside and go through the drive thru because she (Heather)closed the registers...makes no sense since drive thru is still open and technically store should also be open. By this point I have been skipped by 2 others cars and I’m already annoyed. I ordered my drink and pulled up to the window. After giving us our drink I asked HEATHER for the corporate number and her name. She asked why did we need the number because she was GENERAL MNGR there and told her we were upset she would not serve us inside the store during open business hours. I asked her again for the corporate number and she said she was not going to give it to us that we would have to look it up ourselves. I repeated her name to her and said “Heather , right ?” and she said “yes “ as I was driving off she said “ I wasn’t being rude” and proceeded to yell out “ EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE !” ... I was the only one in drive through and the service was horrible so a smoothie was sitting there staring at me, didn't know if it was mine and for 10 minutes I'm waiting with a child in the car having to shut my vehicle off and nobody is giving me my smoothie.The emotionally uneducated manager approaches and literally is upset because I asked her "has that been sitting there this whole time" and she looks at me with disgust, walks off and waves her hand.. 3 people working inside, figured instead of sitting another 10 mins let's go inside. She stomps towards me saying well you just drove off. Clearly owners need to re-evaluate who they have managing their location. Feeling very disappointed 😞. And I noticed the cute ambulance guy sitting inside..possibly the reason the young ladies weren't able to keep up with an order of 1 customer.
