Would give minus if I could. The lady manager was horrible and very rude. Not surprised to see so many negative reviews because of this woman. I ordered via app (one box o’ joe and 2 boxes of dozen - but there was sth wrong with the app it only charged me for the coffee - I checked out anyways thinking I would pay for the doughnuts at the shop). When I arrived I told one of the staff my order number, and then she went to the manager and this lady manager came out looking pissed. I showed her my screen and was about to ask about the bill, when she pulled my phone out of my hand and said you see “ZEROOO!!” and acted like it was my fault. I stayed calm and told her I want the doughnuts so I will pay here. She then half yelled at me (pressuring me to hurry and tell her what doughnuts I want (in a very rude manner)). When she’s done she took off her glove and ‘threw’ it on the counter. I asked politely if I could get the coffee cups and the creamer as well. She said it’s already in the bag. I went out to my car and I looked quickly inside the bag and only saw the creamer (they were in clear plastic bag) but didn’t see the cups (they were in the white dunkin’ donut bag so I didn’t see them). I went back i side and asked one of the staff (a very polite man who looked very scared of the lady manager) if I could get cups. He went to the back, and yes the lady manager came out, looking as angry as ever, then she came out from behind the counter and told me “I’ll show you” and went to my car. I opened my car, she went for the doughnut bag, grabbed the small bag inside, and ‘ripped’ it open to show me that the cups were in there. So rude. Totally...
Read moreHorrible manager by the name of Lee, I asked for light ice and she slammed the counter three separate times and gave me a nasty attitude. Other customers saw this and proceeded to tell me “I saw that”. In the end she ignored my light ice request and on top of that did not fill the cups all the way to the top and added whipped cream NOT sweet cold foam. This is unacceptable. She saw me holding one drink that was already made and accused me of getting an extra drink, but when she saw that my order in fact had 4 drinks she backed off. I had another issue a few months ago where she gave me BURNED hashbrowns that weren’t even edible as they were hard as a rock. She told me to come back for a new set of hashbrowns but I didn’t because it was not worth it at that point. I never complain because I know the fast food business is tough, but this experience made me realize I will never be coming to this location ever again. It is sad that Dunkin is allowing the same manager with this number of terrible reviews to continue working here. It absolutely makes no sense. I saw another review with a photo of this manager from a few months ago and with the exact same complaint about the half-filled drinks. So it’s clear she does this on purpose. It looks like she still has not learned how to be a proper manager, so it truly baffles me that she is still employed here. Read moreWe just left the Dunkin Donuts in Chantilly this morning. My husband ordered a combo. So we are waiting for the coffee we ordered and my husband politely asks where his coffee is. They said we didn't order one, which we did. We asked four times about the coffee and the manager got belligerent and refused to give us the coffee. Needless to say we will be going to Starbucks from now on. It was their screw up and they refused to fix it. She just went on to the next person. The manager was mean and cause a scene that caused other customers to leave. I wish I caught her name. She was completely unprofessional and I will never go back. We should have gotten our money back and the money we had to spend at Starbucks to get my husband a coffee. I felt sick leaving there after constantly being yelled at by this woman. It was embarrassing to me, my husband and everyone there.
