Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Charleston

Honestly the best pizza place around, not because there Pizza is the best it's good but nothing crazy. What makes this place different is the staff.

The delivery driver drove to me not once, not twice, but 3 times to ensure that we got my son's pizza box.

My son has a few special needs. Basically it meant a lot to him that we supported him by getting him HIS pizza box that he made for a school fundraiser. The delivery driver made damn sure we did too, there were some mixups back at the store which totally makes sense I am sure they were slammed, not complaining, but praising how on what must have been a hectic night the driver and the staff made sure we got that darn box.

We usually get the same driver who drives a truck and is husky not sure his name, but my kids love him. He always is friendly, just a super cool human being.

Anyways just saying that the staff at this store is top notch and if there Upper management does not give them a reward in the next 30 days they should be fired and hire new upper management. Lol halfway joking but I will check in to make sure they got some kudos for making box night a success at least at my house. If you guys did not do anything for them, I will. I will also give them the option to get a new job where they will be appreciated at another local place as I know a good bit of GM's...

Tonight I ordered my usual (new love); steak pizza bowl! This bowl is their low carb option with no crust. I ordered this one and customized it with adding chicken and banana peppers and removing the onions, green peppers, and mushrooms that normally come with it. This is my new favorite go to because the steak bowl has a cheese sauce they use which is a nice change from pizza sauce. I love this thing! Tonight it was messed up with steak and cheese only so it wasn't fixed up the way I like it. I had already talked to the manager about the problem which was corrected. So great customer service!

We also had a medium pepperoni and cheese pizza and a medium with garlic sauce (I learned tonight they call it white sauce) with bacon and cheese; thick crust. The second pizza was a spin on a bacon cheese stick but I forgot to ask for a different cut... That did not matter because it was delicious (from the husband and daughter)🤤 it looked and smelled amazing!

Anyone doing low carb check out their pizza bowls because they can be customized and they are amazing! I've made a buffalo chicken bowl before as well! They are really a decent size and price as...

I’ve been wanting to try Marco’s for a while but there aren’t any locations near me. I was in Charleston and noticed they had a location. I thought I’d give it a try. First of all, the customer service was spectacular. The fella behind the counter was engaging and knew the products well. He made suggestions for next time too. He also was cordial when I explained that I’d never been there before. I don’t believe every location is like this, but the fact that there was a dining area should be applauded. Not enough pizza chains do this. They also had good parking and clean restrooms. The pizza was great. It’s easily the best chain pizza I’ve ever had.
