I rarely go out of my way to review or call out negative experiences, I’d rather applaud employees and places of business. However, I was amazed by the level of rudeness in one of the employees at this location. She made me feel like I was such an inconvenience being there (and the store did not even seem busy). She did not even greet me, just stared at me until I ordered the coffees. Then she was annoyed and angry that one of my coffees needed to be decaf (requiring extra work for pour over..... part of the job?). She then refused to do the pourover saying they didn’t have the pourover filters, until another employee kindly offered to do the pourover using regular filters. I felt bad for ordering the decaf, but my friend must drink decaf for health reasons. I apologized for the inconvenience... I felt the need to apologize! Which makes me angry honestly. This was the worst encounter with an employee I think I’ve ever had. She does not belong in the service industry in any way, if she can rationalize being that rude to even a single customer. And it reflects so poorly on this Starbucks location for hiring and keeping someone on staff with such poor customer...
Read moreIf I could give this lovely place called the Starbucks less than a 1 star, I’d give it a negative 1 star. I ordered one of the simplest Frappuccinos… a caramel VENTI frappe. What do I get back? A cup that I drank for about 5 minutes, that tasted like coffee and ice mixed together in a blender you’d buy at the dollar store. Once I sipped on that drink for not even 5 minutes, the cup was about empty of any coffee, and was pretty much a cup of ice. BUT OH the horror, they gave me a GRANDE. A GRANDE!!! I hate Ariana grande! HOW COULD THEY?? I clearly said VENTI! This so called “perfect place for a cup of coffee,” is about as good as a cup of rotten milk I could find in a garbage bin behind Walmart. I said, I ordered a venti, but the girl at the window said I ordered a grande.. miss maam, I said venti. I paid for venti. NOT grande. But I forgive u for being deaf. Anyway, may God bless the hearts of this awful company and give them a miracle of hearing and making coffee. Because I don’t know how they’re staying...
Read moreI've went to this Starbucks 5 or 6 times and I order the same coffee order every time. The last 2 times have been horrible! The coffee was so bad we couldn't drink it, we threw it in the trash and ordered a frozen latte from Sheetz($2 cheaper per drink was a +). I didn't receive a receipt from Starbucks that day so I waited until I got home looked up the number and called..and called..and called..5 times ..no answer. Two days later when we were back in the area we again stopped for coffee and I told the lady what had happened at our previous visit and she said "Oh yeah we changed our number" no I'm sorry your order was so nasty you had to throw it away...no I'm sorry at all. She stood there with her hand out waiting for me to again pay the $12 and change, which I did because I requested a service that they did provide. My problem is their customer service was absolutely atrocious, the cashier plastered on a fake smile and patted herself on the back for remembering to give a...
