The food was delicious! The fries were super crispy (just like I like them). However, the service could use some improvement. Things rubbed me the wrong way when the manager ('m assuming he was) lied to me about not having pickles. I ordered the steak and chicken cheesesteak combo. Pickles don't come on it, but I asked if he would add pickles. He lied to me twice, stating that they don't have pickles...even after I pointed out that they have fried pickles on the menu. I could tell he was lying by the way he responded and the fact that they serve fried pickles, burgers, and subs. What burger or sub spot does not have pickles in the establishment? None that I've ever visited. And most blatantly how do you have fried pickles without having regular pickles? So I didnt like that. Then it took FOREVER for us to get our food and they shorted my brother on his wings. He had to go up to the counter TWICE to get it corrected. Also, they didn't even give us our drinks while we waited. We had to ask for those after we had waited for a while. Also it was hot in there! Felt like the AC was not working. The women's bathroom was out of order and the men's was locked. They wouldn't even unlock it to allow me to wash my hands and they don't have wet wipes (unless they lied about that too). I was given a wet paper towel.

What was crazy is these two ladies came in right behind us to pick up their call-in order and when we left they were still there waiting...and we ate in! One of the ladies said something like this happens everytime she visits there. Smh.

Fortunately the employees and the lying manager were pleasant and respectful, but when a customer makes a request that may deviate from the standard item, please don't insult their intelligence by lying about not having a particular item in the establishment when it's obvious that you do. Not sure that I'd ever want to go...

If there was a way to give this place and their lack of customer service negative stars then I absolutely would. We ordered food from this place, (I hesitate to call it a restaurant because I don’t believe they deserve even that small courtesy , we ordered a grilled shrimp wrap with absolutely NO dairy products because of a food allergy and low and behold - they freaking doused the wrap in cheese . Luckily we inspected the food before it was eaten and uncovered the cheese laden shrimp wrap. We proceeded to call and ask for the order to be remade correctly and had to argue and haggle with the “manager” Sharika (Indian lady) , for almost 10 minutes before she would even admit that they were wrong. She then proceeded to tell us that we needed to call Grubhub and take up our issue with them even though grubhub had done nothing wrong and we were able to look at the official order and receipt of said wrap and nowhere was there cheese listed as something ordered or added. This was a terrible food experience and I wouldn’t recommended this place to the neighborhood dog, let alone any person. Please be advised that this food pit is an epic fail and after subsequently reading reviews about this restaurant , have uncovered their near criminal health inspection rating . This...

Horrible wings were as dry as sahara desert! The wings had so much dry rub that when I bit into them I literally got a mouth full of dust (honeymoon dust flavored wings) and almost choked and blew the flavor out of my nose. The cashier (Indian lady) has the worst attitude she did not greet or welcome me to order just literally stood at the register and gazed out the window. They charged for every little thing I waited outside the restaurant for my food thinking they were going to charge me for the heat I was using while waiting. Before ordering the wings I asked if the had two other flavors which the cashier stated that didn't have or were out. wings were over priced and fries were dripping grease(oil) through the Styrofoam box which left a gaping hole in the box that my fries escaped through and into the plastic bag. spent 17 for wings/fries and would've been better off going to Mc Donald's. last but not least all those darns signs posted at the register telling the customers how they're not going to receive a refund because of this and that; should've been a warning sign for me to leave Immediately. This place is horrible and the customers deserve...
