Bheema’s Food Truck offers a diverse and flavorful menu that caters to food lovers looking for a mix of traditional and street-style delights. My recent visit was a pleasant experience, with notable improvements in service compared to its initial days.
The breakfast options are well-prepared and satisfying, though the chutneys could use some enhancement to elevate the flavors further. The biryani and pulav selections stand out with their rich taste and well-balanced spice levels, making them a must-try for anyone craving authentic flavors.
Service has improved significantly, with quicker turnaround times and better efficiency. The variety on the menu and the overall taste make this food truck a great choice for a quick yet delicious meal. With slight refinements in certain aspects, Bheema’s Food Truck has the potential to become a go-to spot for food lovers.
Would definitely recommend it for those who enjoy a good mix of quality, taste,...
Read moreAfter seeing the high rating and reviews stopped and tried this on our drive from Atlanta to Durham. First I placed the order from website 30mins before and called to confirm 10mins prior to arrival and they haven’t started the order until I arrived, they were not even busy, just stated the order didn’t come through. Not sure why they have a website when orders don’t go through. Second after arrival and when they confirmed the order was received, they should check the spice level selected for items ordered. Everything we got was way too spicy only the names were exotic like Sattibabu Fry Pulao but the taste was not good, Idli was microwaved and Dosa was the only close to decent item. My guess is it’s just some students doing it for part time. Not sure how this has such high ratings and reviews I would not...
Read moreWe tried this food truck in Charlotte last night and it didn’t disappoint. It’s located next to a gas station and is quite conspicuous.
We got the Chicken Fry Biryani, Chicken Manchurian and Punugulu. Punugulu was our favorite—just the right amount of crisp and with generous portion size. Chicken Manchurian was a tad salty/spicy, but not too overpowering. If you’re used to Indian cuisine, you should be fine. The Chicken Fry Biryani tasted pretty good, and had generous portion size too. The complimentary chai was a nice gesture.
It took around 20-25 minutes for the food to be prepared. It wasn’t too busy on the Sunday evening we visited.
Overall I highly recommend this food truck in Charlotte, especially if you’re looking for good Indian food. I’ll...
