Honestly I wish I didn’t have to give them one star. I am totally disgusted by how I’ve been treated tonight. I placed an online order for one of my friends that’s been in a hotel room for days with her kids with no food. I called around to several Pizza Huts to see which one was closest to her. Every Pizza Hut kept referring this one. I called them several times to place my order over the phone. No answer. So I went online for Pizza Hut delivery to see what location was closes to her.. and sure enough Just like the other locations said.. this one popped up! So I placed my order. Called her to assure her that her and her babies would be eating tonight.. because I got a confirmation email that my card had been charged. Only to get a call about 10/15mins later from the manager “Tabitha” that after a week ago they quit delivering out there past 8:00! Ok that’s fine but considering my card has already been charged and I’ve tried contacting you all multiple times .. you all can’t make a one time delivery to this location? Even after explaining to her my friends situation and that I was so far Away I couldn’t come pick it up and deliver it to her myself she bluntly told me “No. we don’t go there past 8. Your money will be refunded if you can’t pick it up” at this point I’m sensing a lot of attitude in Tabithas voice so I politely asked to speak to someone higher up .. she told me “I’m the GM, there is no one else you can speak to.” I told her to go ahead and cancel the order but provide me with any contact info so I could reach out to someone tomorrow. She told me” the next person higher than me is Lisa and I’m not giving out her personal number because that’s all she has” huh? No work email or anything? Long story short guys I had to call this mean rude “General Manager” right back to place the order and have my card charged AGAIN because we found someone that was kind enough to go get the food for them. When calling back you could tell by the tone in her voice she didn’t want to take my order or be bothered with me. Management is terrible here so I could only imagine what the staff is like. I’m really shocked they have someone managing Pizza Hut with this kind of behavior. If anyone knows any info where I can reach out and have this lady further investigated please let me know.. P.s ( I feel like she was lying about her name being tabitha because she had to think about what her name was when I asked) if those calls are recorded she should lose her job with how rude she...
Read moreThis Pizza Hut is the absolute worst place I have ever ate and ordered from. I order things and I have NEVER gotten my order correct. I have given this place multiple chances because I have worked in fast food before and I know there are bad days sometimes. But this place is so unprofessional and my order is never correct. They use to deliver to my address, and now all of a sudden they say that they aren’t able to, which makes no sense to me because I have ordered delivery from them on multiple occasions. When I called I asked the manager what was going on and she was so nasty and rude and blamed me, calling me a liar and said that there’s no way that I have had things delivered to me. That all happened about two weeks ago. I tried again today to get pizza, this time ordering pick up, and when I went to get my pizza and pasta, the pizza was wrong and when I asked them to put the BBQ drizzle on top like I always get, they told me they do not do it anymore. I proceeded to just ask for a side of BBQ then and the manager (Nicole) was so rude and had an attitude and said I would have to pay for it. 0.50 is nothing really, so I didn’t mind and I gave them the money. I then asked for my bread sticks and she was so rude and said I didn’t get any with my order and then walked away from me. This place is very unprofessional and rude and I feel very sorry for the young fella that was working the register because you could tell he was uncomfortable and embarrassed that his manager was acting in such a manner. I advise everyone to not get anything from this location. Don’t even waste your time or money on this place until they get some sort of new management...
Read moreI placed an order through the phone; they didn't say anything about the location been out of cheese. I go to pick up the order and the door is locked. I'm looking at employees looking at me but none of them had the decency to come to tell me that my order was canceled; I had to call the order line again just to hear that my order was canceled. Pizza hut could have saved me a lot of time by just providing me that information at the door or or by calling me back to let me know that the order was canceled but none of that happened; I had to find out the hard way, and to add more disappointment...this location appears to have poor management i.e. trash all in the parking lot, the windows of pizza hut look as if no one has cleaned them, and some of the employees had no uniforms on which appeared, at 1st, as if they didn't want to let me in, or only a few customers could come in at that time—had me confused for a monent, but then i saw a person who appeared to be a customer leave the customer area to go in an employee area. Still no one said anything to me like " sir...all orders have been canceled, or we're closed...for approximately 5 minutes im at the door trying to pick up my order. Then the 3rd party answering service barley spoke english...I tried to re-order at the Harrisburg location, which is much cleaner by the way, but the language barrier was problematic, and ended with me be on an unnecessary 20 min old—If you're going to outsource can you please at least have people that speak English as if they're...
