This review is for their 2nd location in The Plaza right near the entrance of Concourse E. It's the perfect location for hungry travelers. The seating has lots of natural sunlight. It's bright, and it's hopping.
I've always been a fan of Bojangles' breakfast options. I love that they serve it all day. I'd get the breakfast over the chicken any day. The biscuits are fresh and buttery. They have a Country Ham Biscuit that is pure comfort food. If you love a savory country ham, then this is for you. None of that sugar coating is needed. We'll save that for Honey Baked Hams. This biscuit sandwich hit the spot. I so wish that they would bring Bojangles' back to the Tampa Bay area. For now, I'll just have to connect through CLT to get it.
It was super busy when I got there. The line did go by very quickly. The nice guy at the register was very helpful & friendly. I also wanted the sweet potato pie, but they weren't ready yet. They do have iced blueberry biscuits, but one biscuit is enough for me. I just took it as a sign that I really didn't need that pie. It was all good, because I definitely would not have been able to finish it. The service was great. The order came out hot, fresh, and quick. Another person saw my Bojangles' bag while I was sitting at a table, and immediately asked me for directions. I pointed it out, and he was a happy camper. Do yourself a favor and get one of those breakfast sandwiches when passing...
Read moreOmg what an experience! Having seen Bojangles billboard all the way through our visit here in NC, we decided to have a go at it @airport and man were we in such a treat! Not being familiar with the food/ combos/ what to order, we were told they’ve got no more gravy by the mumbling cashier who had a fixed smile as if we gotta be joking for not knowing as such. We continued to play ‘I think you said ice tea’ and ‘I think you said Barbeque sauce’ through out our effort to order and he seemed to be in the verge of laughing or not wanting to be there as we struggled with our order not to mention the delay because another costumer was short $0.01 so we had to wait for another cashier to sort that out shouting ‘anybody has cash’ to fix the problem with that costumer. He didn’t answer our questions nor did he repeat what he said. He just slumped there. Grinning. I was amused, my husband was not. Anyhow. Long story short, will not be returning to Bojangles, though we thought the biscuits were yummy, chicken was nice. Oh, and they forgot to give us the BBQ sauce too!...
Read moreFor the young lady that post that long review of lies saying this place should be shut down you should be ashamed of yourself. I frequently visit Bojangles because I’m always traveling with my business You see this how GOD works I was there when you caused a scene being loud and Ghetto rude and VERY disrespectful. FOR WHAT simply because you were trying to get a sweet tea you didn’t pay for. You felt embarrassed because you got caught. Another manager tried to calm you down and you got worse with your temper tantrum. If he told you to shut HE WAS RIGHT and if he told you to go eat somewhere else he was RIGHT and the sad thing about it is YOU HAD ON AN AIRPORT WORKER UNIFORM AND BADGE which mean you work there causing trouble. GOD don’t like ugly. This is a good place to eat good customer service good food it’s always busy so don’t go try to stand in line 15 minutes before you have to board and it’s a long time. And if you want some sweet try blueberry biscuits of the...
