So I need this store to do better. I pull up at the bojangles on 231 East woodlawn in charlotte thought they were open so you could go inside and place your order. I get out go to the door and was greeted with rudeness from some young guy. He said they were not open to the public but yet a woman and child were in there. The child was running around. I went back to my car and sat and watched. Wish I had a number to call. This not the first time we have encountered this non sense. I let it slide the first time when I saw people going in and out when asked were they open We were told no that the people were only using the bathroom. How are you letting people come in for that if your closed to the public. There was a young lady in there with a hospital uniform on when asked was that the new uniform they wear she said she just got off from working at the hospital. You go there sometimes it's hard to place an order music is loud like it's a club or when you get to the window its loud I've asked the person at the window not sure if they were a man or woman a he or a she so the person why is it so loud. They would apologize and say I only work here my place is in the window. But they be very friendly sometimes it's a Spanish girl very friendly nice smile. You can smell marijuana sometimes you have to wait or they out of everything Or when you drive up its 2 or 3 workers out side then there's a hold on food and when you do get it it's it's cold and dry. Lord PLEASE DO BETTER. Someone black must own this bojangles or at least manage it, it's so ghetto. The morning shift is great that 4 to close shift is ruthless. Read moreOver the last two months every time I try to go to this location its always some sort of issue. Once I went thru the drive through I saw every single employee standing outside smoking. After sitting for over 5 mins an employee came over they speaker and said the drive thru was broken thats why they were all standing outside and told me I can come inside to place order. Second time I went I try the drive through again a female comes over the speaker and says " go ahead with your order" I gave my entire order then there was silence. The lady then snapped again go ahead with your order. I asked umm can you hear me? Oh boy why did I say she got an entire attitude snapped yes. I gave my order again and proceeded to the window. Guess what I see the same lady with an attitude cursing loudly while flailing her arms around obviously upset with someone. The entire time there's other employees just standing there looking at her. I said okay I understand times are I tried going back once more a week ago. Drive thru again as usual this time the lady was very polite yayyy. I get my order and I look in the box missing dirty rice I ordered. I get her attention & asked for the rice I paid for. Read moreA regular to this Bojangles since it’s closer to home, but unfortunately not anymore :( The last two times I’ve had an issue picking up my order. The staff is usually very friendly, but twice my husband dealt with (who I assume) is a manager and he has been very rude/unhelpful. Tonight, he wouldn’t give my husband our order because my husband thought it was under my name not his (I forgot it was under his name; miscommunication on my part). What bothers me is that my husband had my phone with the app open with our order on the screen and the employee would not assist him with helping to prove this was our order. I came inside to assist, but while we were the only people waiting, two employees were on their phones while the manager/employee my husband dealt with was at the window (though they had no one at the window) avoiding us. My husband called the store to speak with someone about the experience, only for the same employee/manager to answer and hang up after my husband mentioned the order number was on the receipt which was on our app.
