Alright so I visited this location twice while in Charlotte. My first visit I was greeted by a woman who sat me at a table. The waitresses on this specific day were not friendly and even told me to hold on while trying to ask for lime. From my experience of waiting tables you don't tell paying customers to "hold on"and then not even come back. The only friendly face in the restraunt was the bartender. She smiled and did acknowledge your presence. So if you do decide to try this place out you should probably sit at the bar with this young lady. Now on to my second visit, I walk inside the doors and get looked at by three different waitresses including the sweet bartender who at that time had something in her hands and was headed back for the bar. She again smiled and said hello to acknowledge I was there. The other waitresses looked at me and never attempted to seat me. So while I am standing there looking like an idiot a sweet Hispanic couple come inside and are standing next to me. Immediately the waitress walks up to them and in Spanish ask them if 2 would be dining. The couple replies yes and she proceeds to take them to their table. So at that moment I was just skipped in line and I felt as if maybe she did this because the couple was Hispanic and to her I appeared to be white. Little did she know I may appear white but I am Mexican as well so if that is the case she was wrong in so many ways. So I stand there a few more min after being skipped when this young lady comes around the corner and asks have I been helped. I told her no and that I was just skipped and ignored by the waitresses. So anyway the young lady showed me to a table where she took my order and provided me with the best service Possible. At the end of it all I hope the waitress that decided to look at me and skip me for the Hispanic couple learns a very valuable lesson. The young lady that served me and sat me walked away with a 20 dollar tip. She deserved every dollar of it as well. Good job to my waitress and to the bartender for doing exceptional. Unfortunately for them, I will never eat at this restraunt again and would recommend anyone looking for Mexican food to find...

We dint say anything, then I finish my drink and ask for her attention for her to Please give me another drink, and also told her please give me two shots of patron, she gave me one and my husband said where is my shot? He told her is was two shot one for me and one for him. All this I ask for the receipt and she charge me for 4 shot! I said why are you charging me $40 for two shot? Told the manager and she was very ignorant, I said us not paying the bill I have money. Is that she needs to put more attention of clients stead of talking to guys at the bar and ignoring the rest of the clients !! Customer service is horrible and I will never go back to this place! First and last . The place is nice but the service...
Read moreI went in fairly close to closing time, but had intended to get takeout anyway. I ordered something very simple, guacamole dip and a Chorizo and cheese dip (and chips). when they brought my order out, it was just the two dips. The girl looks at me and asked, “do you need chips”? (Really??) I said, “yes please”. I then reminded her that I also needed the Coke that I ordered and would like a cup to put some salsa in. She seemed annoyed at this request but went and got it. She brought a cup out and fixed me some salsa and put the lid on it and then put the cup of Coke down beside me. The cup of Coke definitely did not look full and had quite a bit of Coke spilled all over the cup and on the lid. I then asked for napkins, which seem to tick her off even more. When I did finally get the cup clean and opened, there was definitely no more than 3/4 of the cup full. As I am staying at a hotel and paid $2.50 for the drink, I did request it be filled up. That is when she became even more rude and stopped speaking to me. Either way, she did go and get more Coke in a separate cup and hand it to me. I’m hoping the food is good, but the rude service will ensure I...
