Can't get their act together. Placed my order outside ( Crispy chicken Oreo shake Onion rings large

Chic fries Large fries Strawberry shake

Wapper Fries small Strawberry shake

Chick fries) When I received my order I got 3 fries (no onion rings) and only 1 chicken fries. Brought this to their attention and the manager( I assume) promptly brought the chicken fries and asked that I pull around for the onion rings. I waited about 15 minutes, no show. So I went inside and found out they forgot to cook them. To top off the experience, when I got home the milk shakes had hardly been blended, had to to that myself. ( Never heard "SORRY", even after I had to walk back inside) NOTE: Including the manager there were 3-4 people in the kitchen, one wiping table. The were not busy; 2 customers eating at the tables and no one at the window or speaker outside. In another word, they were plain flat NOT BUSY!! My advice.... STAY AWAY! Burger King seems to be my last choice for fast food after Wendy's and McDonald's but I figured that I would give them another try. It's been five years since my last BK which was a breakfast in Manchester New Hampshire in 2019.

I downloaded and ordered on the app. That went well, connecting my Google Pay and selecting "pick up." My order was ready when I arrived at the counter. The parking lot was clean and the restaurant was also clean. The crewmember who helped me was pleasant and efficient.

I unwrapped my burger. It was assembled neatly with the right toppings, still hot. Cheese was melted and the sauce was the right portion. Delicious.

Fries were well underdone. Not hot, barely browned and very limp. A disappointment that let down the quality of the meal.

I'll need to try BK again in the future, maybe not waiting so long until...

Can someone please explain why when the whopper that I ordered wasn't prepared the way I ordered it the manager on duty refused to fix me a fresh whopper the way I ordered it? I had the whopper and the receipt showing I had just purchased it minutes earlier. I was charged extra for requesting extra onions...it was a waste of money. The whopper I received was a huge disappointment and I mean a disappointment. It was so flat. I was told to contact Ms. Thelma, but she doesn't answer her phone or return calls.
