Visited this restaurant for the first time today. It was not a good experience. My boyfriend ordered two slices of pizza and mozarella sticks. I ordered the blackened shrimp alfredo. The mozarella sticks were good. My pasta was bland, but it wasn't extremely bad. Keep in mind their pizza is new york-style. When he got his pizza, you could clearly tell it wasn't two slices. The waitress proceeded to tell him that it was just "the way it was cut, yet one was extra small. The pepperoni was rubbery as well. She gave him a stare and stated she would get them to send him out two new slices. When he received the new slices, it was CLEAR it was two actual slices of new york styled pizza, which were suprisingly cut correctly. The new slices of pizza didn't even taste good. The dough was horrible and the entire pizza was just plain nasty. The waitress didn't come back to the table afterwards, to check on us nor to offer refills, or ask if we needed our check. After about 10 minutes of waiting after we were done with our meal, the waitress never came back, we proceeded to go to the counter to request the check. Never received a check, nor receipt, only told it was $33. Was not asked how the food was or anything of the nature. Poor customer service. We will not visit this...
Read moreI was in town visiting for the holidays and decided to try this place out. I pretty much sat myself in the dining area and waited about 5-10 min for waitress. Not sure what her name was but she had short blond hair. With everything going on with COVID I had my mask on, yet the waitress was walking around with it hanging from her ear on one side. She took my order for drinks but never came back to take my order for food. I finally asked the young cashier guy with hat on if he could take my order. He was very polite and got my food out to me without hesitating. While I was eating I observed the waitress giving me a hateful look since I went and asked for the cashier to take my order. I noticed that the cook or the bartender ever washed their hands. After that I felt very uncomfortable and she was talking to some gentlemen at the bar. I'm not sure if she was talking about me but everyone kept looking at me. I was so uncomfortable I asked the cashier if I could just pay for my food. I asked to speak with a manager but told there was no manager that worked at night. I will not be visiting this location again. That waitress/bartender was very...
Read moreWas in town in a hotel and wanted some local mom n pop food. What a disaster. We looked over the menu online to order delivery and was told (on a Friday night) that there were no delivery drivers. Okay, we changed to pick up. We ordered pierogies, garlic cheese bread, a meatball sub with light sauce and xtra cheese and a chix parm with light sauce and extra cheese. $35. The perogies were the only edible part of our meal. I was thinking about a 2 star rating, but, since there was no cutlery in the bag (yes, I asked and they said it was in there) and I had to eat them with my hands that blew that. The "garlic" bread looked like it was a flattened out sub roll doused in grease and had little garlic flavor, the cheese was so thin you could see through it and the marinara had a burnt aftertaste to it. The meatball sub had NO sauce at all and the meatballs were bland. After putting some of the marinara on it I took two bites and lost my appitite, the rest went to our dog. My partner opened up his sub after taking a bite and saw an entire middle section missing meat completely (see picture). Domino's would have been...
