Worst Chipotle store I have ever been and the crew were horrible.
My order should get ready by 7:50PM. I go to the store at 7:55PM. I searched for my order and didnt find and I ask them. Meanwhile people are coming and picking up their orders(their orders are to be ready by 8PM). They asked my confirmation, i showed them , and they search and found that the confirmation receipt was just laying there at the start of the counter.
Now they told they have to start, i said okay i will wait. I wait till 8:15PM. Meanwhile , people are coming , placing orders , paying and leaving. The crew were making online orders as well but not mine.
So I thought to stand in line and order. By the time I was about to order , the White Rice was over.
I tell them that I have been waiting for 20min when The rice was there and now when I came in Line, the rice was over and they tell since the rice was over we couldnt make your order. But , HOW DID THEY MAKE ORDERS FOR OTHERS WHEN I WAS WAITING FOR MY ORDER.
I tell them ,please make my order and I asked for Bowl instead of Tacos though I paid extra for Tacos. They make my order and at the billing section(waiting for them to bag my order), they didnt bag my order they tell me to pay for my Order again and they put the persons order next to me and say they made my tacos as well.
I said i just want my bowl, the person says talk to Manager who was next to her , i talk to him , eveyone says the rice was over thats why they didnt make my order which was not at all true.
I said they didnt make my order when I was standing there for 20min and I wont pay for Tacos.
Manager said “TAKE THIS AND GET OUT OF MY STORE ON MY FACE, SLAMMING THE ORDER ON THE TABLE” in-front of other people , humiliated me, even though there was no mistake from my side. I just put my extra order on the table and left
The behaviour of the crew was just UNACCEPTABLE. How can they say get out after waited for 30min. What do they think...
Read moreI strongly dislike negative reviews, but I feel as though the negative feedback allows room for improvement. It was a little busy when I walked in. There were about 6-8 people in front of me, and 4-6 people off to the side still waiting for their food. After about 20 minutes in the line, I remember wanting to leave to go somewhere else. I didn't have time to go somewhere else, and wait in a different line so I decided to stay. As I got closer I noticed a lot of food sitting on the counter top. The staff were moving extremely slow, except for one Male, who was quite impressive with how fast he was getting through bowls. Then I assume he went on break because he was gone for about 15 minutes. There was a chef cooking chicken/steak in the back eating the food while he was preparing it. Another employee who was filling bowls and sides of cheese with little care and everything was extremely messy. The staff were reaching over all the uncovered food on the line, and dropping other food into them. I saw another employee wash her hands with her gloves ON, rather than changing them and washing before putting a new pair on. It finally came time to ordering my meal. I ordered a salad with chicken. It sat on the counter for 8 minutes, with several other meals in front of it. Employees reaching over it, and not changing their gloves in between touching things. The employee came back about 15 minutes later and started clearing through orders, and adding toppings. I waited a total of 35-40 minutes for a salad bowl. Others waited longer. Read moreI only rate it 1 star because every time I come to this location around 5:30-6pm they are always out of something and I have to go to another location. I order a chicken salad every time I come here. Most of the time when I come to this location they are out of the salad lettuce or they have already ran out of the honey-chipotle dressing and it’s only 6pm. Also the rice is way undercooked sometimes. I have worked in fast food before, and I would think that you would stock up on your best selling items, now either they do or they are just too lazy to make more dressing when they run out or go and get more lettuce. Whatever the case may be hopefully it gets fixed because I hate ordering or waiting in line and having to wait till I get to the front to realize they are out of stuff or to the cash register and realized I have no dressing for my salad. I shouldn’t have to call before I drive there to make sure they have the items that they are suppose to have, or be indecisive about if I should order delivery because I might pay for it and then when they send me the food it’s not what I wanted because they are out of something hopefully this is something that can be better managed.
