Don't ever go here. Me and my husband, we are an interracial couple, arrived together and my order was taken. Another couple, white couple, showed up and before my husband could place his order he was told that the person taking my order would make his and he had to wait. The other couple both got their orders and checked out and when my husband was finally asked what he wanted he was told that the person who made mine couldn't make his so the girl that helped the other couple had to make my husband's which meant we waited for no reason when she could have made it to begin with. Then I witnessed the person who made mine had no gloves on and was touching all the utensils, unwrapping and touching reeses peanut butter cups to put into the mixture, touching paper cups etc. When I questioned the manager he said they never wear gloves which is a lie because the other employees were wearing gloves. He looked at me and my husband like I was crazy for saying it. How disgusting this place is. I don't know where that employees hands have been, never saw him wash them, yet they wanted me to eat that food. Unbelievable! I'll never come here again and...

My daughter and I go here at least weekly due to it being 1 mile from home. The owner, she is so sweet and welcoming. I have witnessed her having casual conversations with customers as if she had known them forever. When my daughter and I go in for our weekly visits, she now recognizes us and we are greeted with a smile and conversation. The employees, as well as her, always ask for the phone number for points and ALWAYS let me know when I have discounts and apply them. Small, yes, but very personal and warm. Love it here and will continue to do he weekly visits with my daughter. I do not know the other 2 workers, but they are great! (Young female ginger and a young African American young man :),...

These guys do not train their new hires well. If you get anyone new your experience will be a nightmare. 15 minutes of them standing there confused at how their point of sale system works, tried to charge my card 4 times before he got it right, all the while my ice cream is melted beyond recognition and not even an apology offered, let alone my delapadated ice cream remade. Managers clearly aren't doing enough, poor kid looked like a deer in headlights and was basically all alone...
