Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Charlotte

Tonight I made a bad choice trying yet again to get a delivery from this place. Every time they are late on the delivery. I always have to call. This time when I called the man that answered the phone was extremely rude. He tried to blow me off saying it has been dispatched and trying to rush me off the phone. I nicely asked him for more information since I was not given any idea of time. I asked if that meant we were next to be delivered or not. He said he didn't know he had just got there 4-5 mins ago and continued to repeat it has been dispatched and should be there shortly ok? I responded by starting to say well the reason I ask is every time our deliveries are late from you guys...the only part I got out was well the before he hung up on me. I couldn't believe how rude he was and that he had just hung up the phone on me. Maybe I could understand if I had been rude to him but I was not. He simply did not want to deal with the late issue. I called back. He answered I asked did you just hang up on me and he instantly said let me get a manager. His manager tells me that he has been there for 7 years and that his car just broke down and that he did just get in and that she is sorry I perceived him as being rude but that was not his intent. Wether it was his intent or not he was! If he hadn't meant to hang up on me when I called back rather than immediately turning me over to a manager you would think he would say no ma'am I'm sorry I thought our conversation was over...which is what both him and the manager claimed after the fact. Needless to say we are done with this Pizza Hut. I know good customer service is rare now in days and that many just accept poor customer service as a norm but not me. Right now it's 1 star. I spoke to Nisha who I am hoping fixes it down the road. 3 days ago i placed an online order at midnight at at 1 a.m I called to follow up and I was told "not my problem " and hung up by who i think was james and never recieved anything. I tried the next day to speak to a manager her name was Rebecca and when asking to speak to her the person I spoke to had very poor English. When Rebecca answered the hold the pick up was "pizza hut" which I replied "yes I know who I called I'm waiting for a manager" she said " yea I'm the manager how can I help" sorry but as a business owner and my manager who was requested answered like that it would be her last day. I told her clearly with the attitude she had she must have been having a bad day and I'll try again another day. There is 3 stars for this location for a possible reason... if the dm/am or corporate staff wants to fix this store reputation reach out to me as I correct poor customer service for a living for owners who need help. The new gm is 3 weeks into taking over the store and as Nisha did take her time to call me personally she was more distracted yelling at people at another store she said she was helping instead of being in a quite area able to focus on speaking to me.

The African American gentleman in the wheelchair is awesome. 1st off anyone who is disabled and still continues to work on any level is to be highly commended. He is so nice and polite even when under pressure and stress. He could really throw his hands up and really not care but he genuinely does love his job. I see him most every time I come in. I believe hid name is either Ced or Seth. You need more people like him in your store surrounding his positive attitude. He makes feel welcome every time I come in. It's the woe is me folks you have in there that worry me..I'm tired..I'm hot..I can't wait till I get off..I can't I can't I can't. I got tired for him having to hear their mouths. Had a few dealings with another manager that's there too Jamie...Question...why is she there? All I hear is fussing and high volume. I mean Jesus is all that supposed to get people to work hard?
