I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cuzzo Cuisine, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable culinary experience! Nestled in the heart of the university area, this gem offers a vibrant atmosphere that perfectly complements its outstanding menu. My daughter order the fried shrimp and lobster, and I was blown away by the freshness and flavor. The shrimp were perfectly crispy, while the lobster had a delightful tenderness that made each bite absolutely amazing! The mac & cheese, which was nothing short of heavenly. Creamy, cheesy, and baked to perfection, it was a comforting side that paired beautifully with the seafood. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and it truly felt like a homemade dish that warms the soul. The chicken and shrimp combo was another highlight. The chicken and shrimp bowl was served over a bed of rice inside of the half cut pineapple. Proportion size pineapples added twist to this dish, which was amazing. It was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The combination of tropical flavors was refreshing and complemented the heartier dishes beautifully. Lastly, I can't forget to mention the flounder fish. It was light, flaky, and seasoned just right. The freshness of the fish really shone through, making it a delightful end to my meal. Overall, Cuzzo Cuisine exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was inviting. If you're in the Charlotte area, do yourself a favor and stop by for a meal that will leave you craving more. Five stars all the way!

In Charlotte riding around, the city was looking for a quick bite and looked at my list of places to try, and Cuzzo's was in close proximity, so I chose to go there. When I walked inside, it was a lot bigger than the pictures I've seen lead on. There were plenty of seats and a huge bar there as well! Always a pleasant surprise when you can get some drank while you wait for your meal, in my humble opinion, lol.  The decor was cool, and the way it was set up looked like it could get really busy some days, I was there on a Sunday evening, and the weather was not good, so it was light. The restaurant wasn't empty, there was a steady flow of people but it definitely was not busy.  I had plenty of time to look at the menu, which was very simple, nothing too crazy, the cashier took my order, and my food came out at a decent time. Now for the food.......DELICIOUS. I think this was my favorite meal since I have been here in Charlotte, I had the Cuzzo's combo meal, which came with wings, lobster mac and cheese, collard greens, and a lemonade. One word.....flavor! Everything was really good, and I'll be honest I am not hard to please, and I was definitely hungry when I had it, but that does not take away from anything here.  The lobster mac was divine. By far my favorite thing I ate there, if there is one thing you must try there, I recommend the lobster mac.  Oh wow, I had this Pear Lemonade too 😊 so good. I am making it a point to go back before I leave, phenomenal!

So one of my favorite cuzzos and I decided to try this place this past Saturday , after going to the movies. We were really excited and enjoyed the music soon as we walked in the place. The person who took our order was pleasant and very helpful. The price for my food had me in shambles lowkey , but I expected it nonetheless since prices are going up now. I ordered the tenders (honey mustard) w/lobster mac & cheese , peach cobbler waffle , and cactus pear lemonade. Our wait time was over an hr , which kind of threw us off guard seeing as how the place was not busy and wasn't too much foot traffic either. When our food finally arrived , the big back activities began.... The food was tasty , I appreciated the mac & cheese having my favorite kind of noodles , the peach cobbler waffle had my taste buds singing , and lastly that lemonade was everything 😩🙌🏾 Overall , the place was nice , food was good , the service was what I expected and our server was super sweet. Even though the wait time was almost an hr , I was definitely satisfied with our food being hot and fresh..... we'll be back soon with our other cuzzos 🤞🏾💜

My girl friends and I are in town celebrating their birthdays. I had saw awesome reviews on this place so we were excited . We went to one location but they were closed , so we drove 20 minutes out to this one . Now , I will say the food was good . Sweet potato waffle was AMAZING. However , I will not be returning because the service was TERRIBLE. It was our first time there , nothing was explained to us . The sign upon entry said 15 minute wait time which was fine. My food alone was $40 and it was 6 of us so … yeah mine took about 25 minutes but once I got it , I figured everyone else would get theirs . No . I walked up to the front to let associate know that I didn’t receive my water that I paid $2 for. She did apologize but then brought iced water in a cup . The icing on the cake was that my sister ordered her food at 1:16 per receipt and her food didn’t come until 2:17. Once they brought it out , she asked for the manager because we were all finished with our food and had to go due to our next reservation . She came and told her that she could either give her a full refund or she accept the food . Again , she waited an hour for 6 wings and a waffle . I have never experienced such so I was very disappointed to say the least. The manager said she would see us next time and I assured her there will not be a return . This is not the establishment we will reinvest hundreds of dollars into with that type of service and...
