Im a recent employee and I’ve been working here for a year now and ive been treated like crap so now ill expose my experience and the truth about this place, during my interview I told them this was my first customer service job and I didn’t have experience about coffees, etc. So I was in training for a few days, then during that 2nd week of me supposedly working I texted the manager (Hunter) to send me the next schedule, I never gotten a response for 2-3 whole days so the next week, I went into the job and told another manager that used to work there (Mack) about the situation and he told me that she removed me off the schedule, basically she fired me without any explanation or no contact, So Mack talked to her about it and he put me back on schedule. ^In this photo, this is when I came back to work and these are the head district Managers (Hunter & Jason), Hunter was supposed to be training me and her and Jason left me alone to do the work and I had no clue with what I was doing, and the lady in the review explained what happened. I was also pregnant at the time and Hunter wanted me to clean bathrooms everyday and messed with different chemicals that we’re too strong for me and there were other people around to help too.
Months later I went on maternity leave and I came back, I asked Hunter can she up my pay cause it’s been a year and I’m doing most of there work but they still wanted to pay me as a new hire which is $9hr and she told me no.
Then recently this month June 2024 we have another manager (Infiniti) that replaced Hunter as she moved to another Dunkin in Mooresville, Infiniti the new manager, she never lets me eat anything and I have 2 jobs and I dont never have the time to eat anything when im home nor have a break at the 2nd job and it’s a warehouse, So i never get to eat before the next job and sometimes I would get too light headed and sick and I told Infiniti that I was literally paying for the food, and her response was “You dont deserve to eat because you dont do anything” so I got mad and I was like “Ok you literally can play back these cameras and im the only one that does something” Which wouldn’t make sense either cause everyone has to eat,
Then Today Friday June 7, 2024, I am doing drive thru orders they have this man waiting 10 minutes on a small coffee so I’m still currently waiting for them to hand the drinks, so i told them I had to use the bathroom and I went in for exactly 2 minutes, I come back out the manager (Infiniti) tells me to clock out, I asked “What for?” And she said “Clock out Destiny” And I said “You telling me to clock out for going to the bathroom for 2 minutes when I clearly gave yall a heads up and you couldve told me to wait and Im here waiting 10 minutes for 1 drink” then I also said “Im not finna mess up my health over you guys”
Again Recently I got fired 6/14/24 cause i missed one day and i got home late from a graduation and my baby grandmother was sleep by time it ended so i couldnt drop her off the same night so i told the manager (infiniti) that i wasnt able to come in at 6am cause nobody was able to watch the baby until that next morning when i had to drop her off and i got fired for that and i told her my child comes first before them $10 hr i was getting and im here doing everything myself in this place.
Also when customers give us tips the managers makes us share, and for the donations they ask you guys for they also put that into the cash register when its low, they never give it to the people/ company thats in...
Read moreI consistently experience a complete lack of service at this location. On my most recent visit, both another customer and I were blatantly ignored. The other customer became so frustrated that they left without ordering. I was forced to use the self-service kiosk at the register because no staff member acknowledged my presence.
The staff were engaged in continuous personal conversations and joking, completely disregarding customers. This wasn't due to being busy; there was only one car in the drive-thru.
Adding to the poor experience, an employee was repeatedly mopping the same small area directly in front of the drink pick-up point. When I attempted to retrieve my drink, I was reprimanded for stepping on the wet floor, even though there was no other way to access my order. Furthermore, my name was not called when my drink was ready, leaving me to guess when it was available.
This location desperately needs a complete staffing overhaul with employees who are committed to providing basic customer service. I strongly advise against visiting this...

Ruined my Friday… I go to get a large hot mocha first he cuts me off as I’m ordering insinuating that Mochas aren’t a thing but a flavor… then when i just say do a mocha coffee but with cold milk he says “yea that’s how they come”. Completely ignorant to the fact that mochas are made with steamed milk typically. I’m then told to come inside b/c of Apple Pay and he doesn’t even speak to me! I waited in lobby for a few minutes ungreeted before he says to me without even looking me in my face that I need to order on the kiosk cuz he busy. I said I already ordered… he didn’t ask what I ordered and rang something up and overcharged me! I then asked for a refund because at this point I didn’t want anything from your establishment and won’t ever again. The gentleman at the window was nice.
