It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Charlotte

Placed order, got to pickup when the email said to, checked in and gave my parking spot, sat another 15 minutes waiting on someone to bring out the order before going in to see about it. No one in there and my order just sitting on the Uber Eats shelf. Other people were out in their spots longer than me waiting and may still be. lol One was an old man, so I feel bad if he had to get out and go find his order too. Food was correct but mediocre, Cajun rub was nowhere to be found on that order. Like why even bother? No utensils or napkins in the bag either. Just a garbage...

This has to be the WORST and I do mean WORST place to get wings there was a way to give them zero stars I would do that first of all I called the restaurant ahead of placing the order asking them to make sure the wings are crispy when I received my order the wings were undercooked and the curly fries were soggy usually you could blame DoorDash for taking a long time and steam playing a factor but this time the delivery driver made record time on my order. We live and we learn this was the first and last time I would ever order...

We are in town for a wedding and wanted to try some food that wasn't in Illinois.

Main reason this isn't 5 stars is because my husbands food was not included in the order (although it was on Grub Hub I think and they gave us a refund).

The guy I spoke to I don't know his name but he was very professional about it and apologized for the missing item and even offered credit which wasn't needed since I got a refund on Grub Hub but whoever you are you definitely deserve a raise
