I recently visited Jeni’s Ice Cream and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The shop is beautifully designed, and the service was prompt and welcoming.
I tried the Lavender Ice Cream and Honey Vanilla, and both flavors were out of this world. The Lavender Ice Cream had a perfect balance of floral notes and creamy texture, creating a unique and refreshing taste. The Honey Vanilla was incredibly smooth and rich, with the honey adding a delightful sweetness that complemented the vanilla perfectly. Both scoops were paired with a crispy waffle piece, adding a wonderful crunch to the creamy ice cream.
What sets Jeni’s apart is the quality and creativity of their flavors. You can truly taste the premium ingredients and the care that goes into crafting each batch. The combination of flavors is innovative and satisfying, making it a must-visit for any ice cream lover.
I highly recommend Jeni’s Ice Cream to anyone looking for a top-notch ice cream experience. Whether you’re trying a classic flavor or something more adventurous, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to return and try more of their...
Read moreMy whole family used to really enjoy this location of Jeni’s because it was less than 3 miles away and was good ice cream for the price, and even if there was a bit of a line, we all went anyways because it was good and convenient. All was calm, all was good.
…And then it got more expensive, and the ice cream slowly got worse. It’s still somewhat good but my family would rather go to Tifa’s, a gelato place, or the Local Scoop, another ice cream place, both of which are a bit farther away, because their desserts are better in terms of price And quality.
It’s gotten to such a point that my dad wants to manage and open a Bruster’s in a location that Jeni’s is planning to open near so he can compete with it, just because he thinks it’s much better. He has never managed any food places before, but as someone who literally went to a Bruster’s yesterday, I agree with him.
If your ice cream is so bad that locals want to drive more than double the distance to go to another place, I’d say that your ice cream needs...
Read moreWhile ordering, I accidentally set my cell phone down. One employee (Latta) found it but did not ask if it was mine. Instead, she whispered to another employee (nice cashier with braids) and handed it off secretly while looking at me.
Because of that, I left the store without my phone, walked to my car, and then had to walk back — only then did another employee politely return it to me. This wasted my time and left me feeling clearly discriminated against. Rather than treating me with respect and simply asking, “Did you lose a phone?”, the assumption seemed to be that it could not have been mine or that I might try to steal it.
I appreciate the kindness of the cashier who returned my phone, but I want to be clear: no customer should be made to feel this way. I hope this matter will be addressed so that all customers are treated with fairness...
