Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Charlotte

Saturday night my brother and I went to the Stonecrest Movie Theater to see a movie, but it was too crowded and we decided to come back another time - but decided to stop and get something to eat at Jersey Mike's. It seems as though our timing was impeccable - my brother ordered a cold sub and I ordered a hot sub, and we sat down to wait for them to be finished. After a minute my brother's sub came out but I waited about ten minutes before asking what was taking mine so long. The gentleman behind the counter informed me politely that someone had called in a large order over the phone and that they were all hot subs. The poor fella behind the counter looked like he was having a tough time but kept his head down. after 6 more minutes the young man offered to pay reimburse me for the sub, which seeing as my brother had all but finished his already I agreed to. a few minutes later I got my sub and ate - it was great. So the next afternoon we came back to watch a movie, only this time it was a group of 5. Where do you think we went to eat before the movie? Tonight was the 2nd bad experience I have had at this Jersey Mikes. The other was a few months ago where they messed up my order. I usually give every establishment one " screw up", but two is a deal breaker.Tonight, I asked the employee if I could "build my own" grilled chicken sub. He assured me that I could do this. My order was very easy ( I emphasized that I did. not want chipotle chicken) and I asked for a mini grilled chicken on wheat, with mayo, lettuce, provolone and bacon. We got the order to go and I was very surprised when I got home and unwrapped the sandwich. I am not sure what kind of meat it was. It did not look like chicken and it certainly did not taste like chicken. We called it "mystery meat" during my college days. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the meal and I threw it in the trash can. I also hated it for my wife , because she treated me to the meal. One of the Best Jersey Mike’s Locations!

I stopped by this Jersey Mike’s on 6/13/25 around 7:45 PM, and it was honestly one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. The employees were kind, social, and welcoming, which really made the experience stand out. It makes a big difference when staff actually engage in conversation while making your sandwich—I appreciated that extra effort!

I ordered a giant sandwich on white bread with ham and provolone, mayo, tomato, lettuce, banana peppers, salt & pepper, and oil—yummy! It was made perfectly, fresh, and packed with flavor.

The inside of the store was clean and well-kept, which is always a great sign.

Also, don’t forget to scan your Jersey Shore Rewards app to earn points for future visits. This location serves Coke products as well.

Overall, great service, delicious food, and a friendly vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back!
