I was very kind to the staff and I was treated with terrible customer service in the end..
My appetite was gone and my anxiety was out of control. I do believe after the experience I had, the staff at the Jersey Mike’s Riverbend Village Drive need coaching and new management!
The level of disrespect I was shown at the end of my visit was awful. I really hope I can shine light onto how customer service you are there to create a positive culture. Not an environment that can cause someone to feel uneasy and uncomfortable. The more people that they interact in this behavior will cause people to not eat at there store.
When I brought it to their attention they forgot to put my bacon on my #8. I was told that I told them I wanted a different sub. #13… which is not true. In addition she was just handing the bacon to me… The manager was not kind and she did not offer to put my bacon on my sandwich after there mistake. She expected me too… I’m not wearing gloves I would prefer to have no bacon grease on my fingers… the whole experience was unbelievable that I asked for my money back… She declined. She said she will take the sandwiches back. I had spent 30+ minutes in that store only one couple ordering two subs before me… I think in any customer service experience they would put the money back on your card and apologize for you experience today….
Unfortunately that is not how my day turned out. I was left feeling mistreated by the manager and I was not going to be kept from eating the sub I came in thirty minutes ago for so I left the store. Paying for the sandwiches and very unhappy. I hope everyone who wants a Jersey Mikes Sub avoids the RIVERBEND STORE!!! They are rude, sloppy, and not kind. The culture was negative and the mood in the store was bad energy. You are better off walking across the stree to good ole Teeter. Read moreThey need to replace every staff member working in this location. I’ve never been somewhere and seen so much attitude given to customers. I understand you may be busy or overwhelmed but giving customers the type of attitude and eye rolling I saw was completely unprofessional. I’m not even talking about how I was treated but this was what I observed while I was waiting for my food. To top it off they had the receipt for orders laying on top of peoples meat while they were making the subs. I can’t even make this stuff up it was crazy.
