Today was my first — and definitely last — visit to Nirvana Indian Fusion. I went in for a late lunch and wasn’t familiar with how their menu works. I clearly said I didn’t want rice, but they still charged me almost the same as a rice combo. When I asked to just add rice since I was being charged anyway, they refused — even though I hadn’t paid yet!
Then, instead of asking me what I wanted, the lady handed the food to another staff member who dumped white rice on it without even asking me. When I told him I didn’t want it, he tossed the entire plate of food in the trash right in front of me and rudely asked me again what I wanted — no apology, no courtesy, just attitude.
I didn’t have time to argue with the incredibly rude staff, so I took the combo and left. But the experience was shocking.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. Nirvana, your arrogance...
