Papa John's used to be good now HORRIBLE. Lets start with why?
First, I ordered a pizza a while back and specifically requested no contact leave at door. What did I get? A pizza delivered from a lady at DOORDASH over an hour late who rang the door, handed me a pizza, and she had no mask on.
Second, I reached out to management to tell them of my bad experience and they said "We are sorry, here is a free pizza next time you order on us."
So I waited a while contemplating... and finally decided to take them up on their offer. So I called up the store, something rarely I did because I usually ordered online. My call was answered by someone with a ROBOTIC voice obviously a CALL CENTER in another country. I told them about the pizza and they said they will have to transfer my call to the store which they did. I told them I had a bad experience last time and that the GM Jed Johnson said I could call for a free pizza. No problem. Here I am waiting on the pizza for over an hour and when the lady arrives she has a SHOWER CAP on her head and was on the phone with someone. Guessss what... it was another lady from DOORDASH, hey its not her fault that she had to come across town to pick up my pizza I ordered from Papa Johns and DoorDash told her that she had over and TWO HOURS to deliver the pizza she showed me the delivery time.
What a shame. What a way to ruin a perfectly good company. I WILL NEVER, REPEAT NEVER EVER ORDER FROM PAPA JOHN'S.. I MEAN DOORDASH EVER AGAIN. You are OUT SOURCING PIZZA DELIVERY. How disgusting. YOU ALREADY CHARGED DELIVERY FEES and NOW YOU ARE USING A THIRD PARTY WITHOUT TELLING THE CUSTOMER. I hope the company crashes and burns. What is deserves. Good Luck Investors. GET OUT...
Read moreWe received only a portion of our order and when we called the store they said that they apologized but they had door dash deliver (We did not go through door dash for this) and they must have stolen part of our order and would send it back out. Ok great, an hour goes by and we still had not received our order so I called again and they said it was on its way and would refund that item. Another hour goes by and still no food so I called again and told them to forget it but inquired as to why I was told it was on its way when in fact it had never been dispatched (according to the manager later)I asked what I would be refunded for and did not appreciate being lied to. The employee states she was just the messenger and the manager got on after I requested and yelled that she did not appreciate me calling her employee a liar and that she would refund the whole thing in a nasty rude tone while I tried to inform her that I stated I did not appreciate being lied to rather than calling the employee a liar… she continued to yell over me and hung up the phone on me. If this is what you can expect from leadership of an establishment how can you expect anything better from the staff or decent service when they cannot be shown how to properly handle situations. Needless to say I would never recommend them and will never give them another...
Read moreThey are a shabbily run establishment. The manager (Eddy) is deplorable and has no ethics nor does he know the meaning of customer service. We recently ordered six extra-large pizzas for my nephews birthday party and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. All pizzas delivered were thoroughly smashed and was not consumable. When we called the store about the issue, the manager told us to get in line and there was a long wait to remake the pizzas. We had requested that they prioritize our order as we had 20 kids that were hungry waiting on the pizzas. The manager pretty much told us to pound sand and was refunding our money. Since we could not get a positive answer over the phone, we went in person to get our pizzas remade. The manager rudely yelled at us and ordered us “to get out of his store” (these were his exact words) and he will refund our money. We have still not received any refund. All kids went home without having their pizzas and deeply disappointed. I won't be returning and certainly will be detracting our large neighborhood community to...
