Rhino Market & Deli — Restaurant in Charlotte

I got the breakfast sandwich which was pretty good considering this place is operating at an airport. The woman behind the register made a huge difference in my opinion as unlike many other airport employees, she seemed to genuinely engage with people coming through the line. She was very pleasant, friendly and warm and that just does not seem to happen as often as it should in service businesses. So rude. My wife ordered for me and didn’t see the cheese on the list of ingredients of a veggie sandwich. I went back full of apologies. The gentleman at the counter was very nice. I overheard him being yelled at in the back, to make sure that people “read the menu”. When I got the corrected sandwich, they took the cheese off, but put the aïoli back on. Reluctantly, I went back again and was lectured by somebody in the back about how they’ve made it twice and that I should read the menu better. I found this incredibly insulting. I usually have to fly out of A concourse to head home I often wonder if I have enough time to stop at Rhino Market & Deli. My fav is the Reuben sandwich. It is like when I lived in Chicago and NY. This place never disappointed I eat here twice a month at the very least. The pastrami is always nice and tender, easy to cut easy to chew.
