This is my FAVORITE Starbucks in the airport!! I truly appreciate their service and attention to detail! They're truly an awesome staff! Update 9 October 2021: I'm almost sure that the Starbucks app, and being able to order ahead will ultimately assist in the line movement, ESPECIALLY 6 o'clock in the morningā¼ļø I love the Concourse A location, and they prevented Starbucks from losing 2 stars. They're my favorite store because they're the best store and the one in Concourse C. The manager is always polite and works smart and hard. With them temporarily being short staffed, they still move the line down pretty quickly. It's always a pleasure going in here. Be advised, the amount of patience that goes into their craft, they truly don't deserve anyone giving them a hard time. And that goes for all service associates in the airport. Places like Starbucks, especially in the airport, service passengers and workers alike. The good energy that's put into our drinks, merchandise, and good products are an absolute privilege. This miserable Asian lady (the shorter one) comes and asks me if I want cream in it? And I said oh I'm not sure if you're making the correct thing...You should ask...And she cuts me off and goes I KNOW WHAT IT IS!!!!!!! I was like ok then I want it standard. She goes CREAM OR NOT? I said idk does it come with cream? I'm not sure. Then the manager tells her to just put cream in it.
I get it now...And it's NOT it. And I speak to the manager...And she goes well you told her no cream...And I was like I didn't...But ok...She tells the miserable lady to add cream to it...To which she responds "that's why I asked him!!!!!!! And he JUST told me he doesn't want cream" DID I??? I never said no...Or yes. It's not my fault that you skipped the class when they taught you this in training, you incompetent #$&(@!!!!!!!
Anyway she brings me my drink and goes "NEXT TIME BE CLEAR ON WHAT YOU WANT" I stood there shocked and took my drink...Becuase it could have gotten really ugly. This other customer GOES to her "... WOW.....NEXT TIME BE NICE...How about that????????"
I will report this to Starbucks. She needs not to do customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the worst experience in this store yesterday. We all make mistakes. But if they don't know how to apologize for their mistakes, they're not fit for a job dealing with customers. I just ordered two drinks. But neither of them came out right. First, the cashier added a shot (which I didn't even request) and made me pay more, and they forgot my order, so I had to wait a long time. (Many of the customers behind me had already received the drink they ordered.) At my request, she started making the drink, and the drinks she made came out on the pickup table, but all the orders on the receipt were missing. The espresso shot that Cashier had added without my consent was missing, and the ice had already melted. The other drink came out without the whipped cream and it wasn't until I showed her my receipt that she had inadvertently topped it with the whipped cream and covered it with a flat lid, even though it was a cold drink, eventually ruining the whipped cream. When I made the claim, she made a facial expression that she wasn't at all wrong, didn't even make the drink again, and she didn't even apologize for her mistake.
