Starbucks Concourse A — Restaurant in Charlotte

The people at this location are friendly and quick, which is super important in an airport where time is short. I ordered a Venti Black Ice Tea and it was no good. It had a strong chlorine flavor to it. It was made perfectly but the water at this location is bad, really bad. That ruins all water based drinks. I have never had a Starbucks beverage that tasted like chlorine until today so I am hoping they just got some bad water here but I would highly recommend not getting tea, coffee or any other water based drink from the Terminal A Starbucks. You will be wasting your money unless you like the flavor of chlorine. Not sure if they have the same problem at the other locations within the airport but I would be cautious as one would think the entire airport comes from the same...

The person preparing my coffee used the regular gallon of milk as while she was preparing I was watching. I told my son “that can’t be mine” then when I brought it up she grabbed the small box of soy and argue. I told her I saw her and really didn’t want to get sick while traveling.

Paid $9 for an iced pumpkin chai, literally watched her make it- a splash of chai and the rest was milk. Later ran into my friend at the airport who asked me which councourse i ordered my starbucks from. I said A. She said she had ordered the same thing earlier and said hers was just milk too.
