Seemingly Overzealous simply does not miss. Whether it's the ice cream (absolutely delicious), the branding (out of this world) or the details they put into their shop (adorable, functional and interactive), it's clear that every single detail is carefully considered in order to make the experience one of a kind.

Not only that, the owners are two of the sweetest humans. My daughter chose one of their specials that day - a drum stick, which she promptly "licked" until the whole scoop fell off the cone and fell onto the ground. My mom plan was just to put some my ice cream in her cone and call it good, but Jess and Garrett ran inside to get her a replacement cone, free of charge and without question. It was so clear they cared deeply about my daughter's experience, even though she was only four, and that was so touching for me to see.

Congratulations to Seemingly Overzealous on their third location. I am delighted to now live within walking distance to my favorite local ice cream shop. I've been lactose intolerant for over a decade and struggled to find dairy free alternatives to ice cream that I actually enjoyed. Just when the market started catering more toward this demographic, I found out I have Celiac and have to eat a gluten free diet. I am obsessed with all three locations of Seemingly Overzealous, but this one has a certain charm and character that just sets it above the rest. The ice cream is of course delicious and the flavors are unique and fun, but consistently it’s the staff that make it an above and beyond experience! I’m always locked in on Instagram for new flavor drops and all the special releases they do (shout out ice cream tacos!!) — they hit EVERY TIME.
