I am so glad Instagram brought me to 704 aesthetics! I had never heard of PDGF+ treatment for undereyes until I saw Sarah's own before-and-after while scrolling one day, and I delved into research on the topic as well as 704 aesthetics. I am not a good candidate for more filler, but not ready to go under the knife for a lower blepharoplasty, so this was such a welcome alternative to dealing with my genetically unfortunate undereyes. Turns out this service is quite new and not offered many places in town, so Sarah and Emily are 100% ahead of the game. I'm so grateful to 704 and Sarah for promoting this treatment.

Their scheduling portal is super user-friendly, and I had no difficulty getting in for my free consultation quickly. I got so much information from Sarah, and heeded both her and Emily's advice to have my prior undereye filler dissolved ahead of the PDGF+ treatment - and thank goodness I did; I had gone blind to how awful it looked from migration. Emily ended up doing my dissolving and PDGF+ injections, and for me it was less painful than Dysport. I'm already seeing improvement less than a month later to the undereye area and can't wait to go back at my 2-month follow-up to compare before-and-after.

The clinic itself is a vibe; so cutely decorated and despite being in such a busy area, parking has been a breeze for me every time. Emily and Sarah are super nice, highly knowledgeable and great at communicating the science behind it all. I also really appreciate their honesty; they are so up front with expectations. I also never had a moment where I felt like I was dealing with a salesperson trying to push additional products and services on me, which I've definitely experienced before at other med spas/aesthetic clinics. My first time ever receiving any type of cosmetic procedures/treatment was with 704 Aesthetics and I can confidently say I will continue going back to them! Last Fall I booked time for a consultation online with Sarah and genuinely asked 100 questions. And she met me with education, lightheartedness and confident answers. I was extremely nervous going into the consultation but she made me feel so relaxed, excited and I ended up getting my first ever Xeomin treatment on my forehead that afternoon! She provided comfort in explaining every step she was taking and there was genuinely no pain with the procedure. Aftercare was explained and shared on a card that I fit in my wallet and the follow up appointment I had for 2 weeks later was scheduled before leaving. My follow up appointment was with Emily and she was also very calm, educational and made sure to ask/follow up with any questions I had! Flash forward to the end of February this year, I received my second round of Xeomin in my forehead but also expanded to some other areas (lip & chin) and also brought my Mom along! We were both so happy, had a fabulous time with the entire staff there, and made our Saturday a great outing!
