I waited in traffic for 25 minutes to get here and when I did, the unprofessional staff on duty wouldn't even come to the locked door at 5:40 p.m. (no sign on door, site says they're still open til 9pm) and said they're not open. Probably the storm or whatever. But I stepped through 7 inches of water (no way around the puddle) to get to the entrance when that could have been avoided by just putting a sign on the door. The manager just came out to my car as she saw me typing this to say the storm knocked the power out. I get that. They can't control the storm. Not upset over that (though I did just wait 30 min in traffic but whatever again not their fault). She comes out and says she's the manager and she just got there and said they have no control over the storm and I said again, I get it but having a sign on the door saying they are closed would have prevented me from sloshing through a rain puddle because I would've seen the sign from my parking spot. She said she gets it and she just had to walk through it herself but people are still going to walk through it because they're, "you know" and a sign wouldn't matter. Okay but I wouldn't have because I can read and it just sounds lazy. Then she said they have to stay there in the dark with no power and I said sorry about it for them but just put a sign on the door because the site says they're open, and their door has no sign. It's just an all-around irritating and unprofessional interaction, and mouthing to me through a closed door you're not open doesn't cut it. Just put a sign up. I saw they did put one up by the time I left but...
Read moreTonight i had the worst experience ever. I went there after work at about 8.30. The woman who helped me gave me an attitude the moment I walked in. I told her what I wanted. The entirety of the smoothie making she was throwing spoons and scoops around to show her frustration. She made it wrong, but I didn't question it. There was supposed to be peanut butter in it, but there was no peanut butter. She didn't fill it all the way to the top. She slammed the smoothie on the counter, looked at me, and said rudely "have a good night." She stormed off. When the door was shutting, I caught part of a conversation. She was screaming to her coworker about me and how she hates when people come in thirty minutes before close. I always have such an amazing experience here. The people, except this one, are so friendly. I will be in contact with the store manager because her attitude and treatment towards anyone is unacceptable. I left...
Read moreI went into smoothie king on a rare occasion to get a drink. The lady there was so rude, her name was Elizabeth. She denied us service. She called the other girl over, which I don’t know her name, and she had to take my order. My friend was in line before a guy and they took his order before hers like they didn’t want to serve her either. I ordered a raspberry lemonade and it tastes like the blueberry lemonade. Elizabeth made the other girl make our smoothies too because she said that she herself would spit in them, and now I’m scared of what I’m drinking. Elizabeth called me a nightmare dressed like a daydream. If I could do 0 stars I would. I used to work at a smoothie king in SC when I was in high school and I have never seen bad service like this ever at any smoothie king. I guess I will have to find a new smoothie king to go to whenever I...
