10 Sorry I didn’t hear you. Please try your 24/2025I edited this review because I am highly upset. I waited outside until the doors opened because I knew I had to be at work. The lady that rang my order told me it would be about seven minutes for my salmon bowl. This was my only opportunity to get something to eat before I went to work, but it took well over 15 minutes for my food to be finished. Had I known that I would’ve went next-door and got Jersey Mike’s Then, when it was finished, my salmon came out not done like it normally is That’s not acceptable either. Don’t bring it out the way it’s not supposed to be just because you’re trying to meet my request. You probably should’ve put it on the grill first There were several other orders that were done before mine With chicken on them and salmon does not take any longer than chicken to cook.

Disappointing Experience at Greco Fresh Grille - South Park 1/5 I visited Greco Fresh Grille in South Park, NC last Sunday and was thoroughly disappointed with the customer service I received. I ordered the gyro sandwich and was surprised to find that the meat was overcooked and the pita was stale. When I brought it to the server's attention, he seemed uninterested and unhelpful.

When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that they were not available. I was left standing there for several minutes, trying to get someone to help me. The server just kept telling me that he couldn't do anything about it and that I should just leave.

The lack of customer service was appalling. It's not like I was asking for a refund or something extreme, just a simple remake or a discount. But no, the server seemed more interested in getting me to leave than in fixing the problem.

I ended up leaving without eating my meal and will not be returning to this restaurant. The poor customer service is unacceptable and I would not recommend this...

As a Greek guy, I was excited to try out this restaurant, and I am thoroughly impressed! Gréco Fresh Grille is about as authentic as you can get. It's easily the best Greek restaurant in South Park. The food is incredible, the service is top-notch, the facilities are kept clean, and utensils and supplies are kept organized. The workers are very friendly, and so is the manager. As someone who grew up in the restaurant business, I can usually tell when someone's got a good thing going. Everything I mentioned has always been consistent, and that's always something to look for in a decent establishment. The vibe is very chill and welcoming. This has become my regular lunch/dinner hangout spot. Please try the gyro (lamb or chicken) and the spanakopita.
