This Starbucks was directly across from my hotel so I decided to try it out. I started out kinda rough with Brynne. I explained my order in a very unusual and overly-complicated way. I may have even come off a little bit narcissistic but I did not mean to. Anyways she was very cool about it and was patient with me the whole time (so thank you Byrnne lol) Then I spoke to Dominique who made my drink with about 6 others all at the same time! She was incredibly efficient and I was pretty impressed simply watching her make drinks with such accuracy and ease. Then I interacted with Annie, who was extremely personable and had such an amazing and friendly smile! She was one of the few who actually asked my name when I asked her about her name tag.She was great, I told her my name and she responded with "Hey John it's wonderful to meet you" I know this may sound fairly insignificant but out of all the reviews I've done.I very rarely get someone like Annie who seems to take a sincere interest in the customers she interacts with eveByrnough she "Has to" but this particular Starbucks is well... Cute! It's small and perched upon it's own little hill but MAN the employees that work here are incredibly productive and kind. Of i'm in the area again i'll definitely stop by and also recommend this location to others who...
Read moreThis visit was pretty much a let down. My family and I stopped in on the way home from the Renaissance Festival at 8pm on a Sunday when they close at 9pm. Simple order, 2 venti coffees with espresso (black eye with Pike) and 2 tall hot chocolates. We got one hot chocolate and nothing else. When I asked about the other 3 drinks, the barista said he never made them. Another hot chocolate finally comes out but not the coffees. Ask again for the coffee since the barista failed to make them yet again. So the lady who took our order made them. She put them on the counter but were grande. I reminded her I asked (and paid) for venti. She said she would remake them. Why? All she had to do was dump the grandes into a venti cup and top it with pike. Instead she poured two new ventis and REBREWED the SAME espresso that was used for the grandes. After so many issues and 20 minutes I watched her from start to finish. So I paid a bit over $9 for two regular venti coffees. Won't give this location...
Read moreFirst of all, the drive-through line has gotten MUCH quicker, in the past two months or so, than it was around the winter holidays and slightly before. Now, it's a pretty reasonable time, getting in and out. That, paired with that super sweet lady who wears her hair in a low ponytail and greets everyone like she already loves them, is why this place is getting such a high rating. I still can't bring my reusable containers in without getting the wrong drink put in it (I get the same drink often, and never have a mistake when it's in a Starbucks disposable), and a couple of the employees openly roll their eyes at what customers are saying. I know the morning rush is hard and often frustrating, but I work in customer service, and I also know that sort of stuff doesn't fly. Tasty drinks, a good stock, but you either get super positivity, or you get a bunch of attitude with your morning latte. Learn to vent that when you get...
