Can I give zero stars? Let's discuss this particular place. They remodeled not that long ago to be even less personable if possible. There are now four self-order kiosks facing away from the checkout counter so you have even less chance to catch the eye of an employee and engage them. Need help? Good luck. Have a question? Good luck. Well, I placed my order and stood to wait for the food. They were working a couple of cars in drive thru and didn't work my order. I was the only person inside. No patrons waiting or eating...just me. Eventually a guy coming out to move trash bags piled up by the entry door asked if I was waiting for an order. I replied, Yes, so he yelled, HEY, GUY OUT HERE IS WAITING ON AN ORDER. Thank you guy for letting the 5 people standing around the kitchen know I was waiting. 15 minutes from order until I had my food. Let's talk about the food. I ordered a Mexican Pizza and two cheesy bean and rice burritos. I decided to splurge and get my Mex pizza spicy by adding jalapenos. I was sorely disappointed that my $0.70 of extra jalapenos amounted to 3. Count them... 1, 2, 3...little slivers of pickled jalapeno slices. Seriously? Note to all..never order extra toppings as it's a ripoff. 3 pieces? Mex pizza has four slices. That's less than one jalapeno nibble per slice. Shame on Taco Bell slackness. With the burritos, the rice was completely dried out and like biting little pebbles of rock. Ouch. Not enough Diablo sauce in the world can soften rock hard rice. Pray for your dental work. Also, new drive thru setup sucks. That's why I went inside. It was raining and the awning where you order is now so small that you get rained on while ordering. Apparently Taco Bell design doesn't factor in that there may possibly be a breeze or wind when raining. Yeah. Drive thru during inclement weather is awful. Ordering at kiosks is awful. Ordering extras is awful. Rock-like rice bits are awful. Free...

I’m done buying from here and i was a repeat customer, where I probably bought a cravings deal at least 3 times a week and a breakfast combo at least twice a week. I bought a cravings deal last night and a breakfast combo this morning before work, I was about to drop 25 dollars and buy a gift card just now, but you had to piss me off. It was 9:30, I just got out of my car to go in, y’all tell oh we just closed early to have a Christmas party, but you can go to the drive through(where there’s like already 10 cars in line). What’s the point of closing 30 mins early, you could have closed at the regular time, and still had your party, but you’d rather inconveine your loyal customers. So I’m already irritated and hungry, very hungry, having a bad day. I ask could you at least throw this away for me(two Taco Bell to go bags from the earlier purchases), the Taco Bell guy goes oh you can just go to the dumpster there(the one that’s locked btw, once I go there I find out, I get more irritated, I say screw it I’ll go find some other place to throw it away), then the Taco Bell girl with the stupid leapoard print Santa goes I was gonna unlock it for you(oh now you want to help after you noticed how irritated I am, makes sense) I tell them no just forget it, then they say something between themselves about how I was acting, being freaking smartasses. To think I was gonna do a 25 dollar purchase for a gift card, well my money went to McDonalds that night not Taco Bell. You’ve lost business forever!!!!! I will be reporting this to Taco Bell...

You ever have that ultimatum of questioning whether to bother leaving a review, or not? Well this is mine. I went to this Taco Bell with a Mobile pickup at 10:40pm. The line was average for a fast food place, and yet it took 45+ minutes to get my food. Starting with the slow line, I got to the Mobile pick up speaker and waited for 15 minutes with my window down in the rain waiting for a server to speak. Nothing. I said “hello?” A few times, and grew frustrated, so I then just decided to go up to the window. After waiting for an eternity, I got to the window and explained I had an order. One girl sat and talked to my dog for 3 minutes completely disregarding her work, when they were clearly behind and then finally told me they were preparing it. Another 15 minutes of waiting for them to prepare it, they finally give me my bag and I drive off. I then get home at almost midnight, look in the bag, and it’s another persons order. Not even half of what I ordered. I wanted to drive right back to complain, but I would have been waiting an additional hour, probably even till after they close. Called multiple times with no response. I’m beyond aggravated I spent nearly $20.00, and yet got one meal that wasn’t mine, and wasn’t even warm at that point. Will never be...
