Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Charlotte

This is a new location that needs better staff training and attention to cooking and service. Toppers on South Blvd and in Fort Mill do a great job at making the dough and pizzas thinner and fresher than this location. Both locations slaaaap.

Overall this location has been below mid. I've had delivery and carryout. I've left order notes to coom the pizza well done (they do not read the notes here) and thus I ended with bad pizzas both times. Too doughy, not thin enough, and not cooked to get the toppings crispy.

Normally, I rave about Toppers, but this location needs to improve, before I will consider going back.

Domino's, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's Sharon Amity...

I went to this New Toppers, First time I've had their pizza. I ordered 12" Medium PAN Toppers Classic $12.99, and Single Original Topperstix. Figure I'd start with their goto classic. It ate like a frozen pizza, I usually save the left overs, but I just ate 2 pieces then the toppings and threw the rest away. There was no cheese on the pizza except for the crust...very weird. The toppings tasted good, the crust, 1 step above frozen. The Topperstix was just cheese and bread nothing extra as far as flavor, if that's what you are looking for. The marinera sauce for the stix was okay. No way I'd order again unless it was like a $7.99 coupon for a large extra peperoni or...

I absolutely love this location. This is my first time eating at Toppers pizza but I can definitely say that there’s a fresh new beginning at this restaurant that I’ve never actually experienced with any other restaurant before.

All of the people working here are usually really excited for you to come in and I love the fact that there are no smoking or vaping signs on the podiums in front of the toppers pizza and it’s great because I have respiratory problems and smoking really does ruin the experience temporarily.

This is an awesome store. I will be coming back and my children love this...
