I would like to provide feedback on my experience with Qdoba regarding your online ordering. I placed an online order at 11:40 am for pick-up at 12:15pm at my Charlottesville location. Everything went well, i received a confirmation email at 12:02pm stating my order had been confirmed. Upon arriving at the store for my food is when the disappointment began. I went to the online order station to pick my food up and it was not there. I asked an employee if they had received my order because it wasn’t in the designated location for pick up. The employee was very blunt in telling me that my order had not even been worked on. Mind you i came almost 30 min later than what i had placed my pick-up for. I then proceeded in watching the employee hastily prepare my order, carelessly throwing ingredients in my bowl. The employee that was putting my food together even had her headphones in demonstrating she had no care in providing a positive customer service experience. Read moreVery disappointed with this place. I got food last Saturday and was accidentally charged three times for it on my card. I called them, multiple times and they would not pick up the phone. So I had to drive back out to come in person. They refused me a refund, saying that in there system it looked like they had only charged me once. My bank account statement shows me being charged three times from them, and all three have went through and money taken out of my account. The staff was actually quite rude to me when trying to get this resolved. They seemed annoyed to have to bother with this and were very impatiently asking me questions, getting visibly frustrated with me. I just wanted to be refunded for what I was triple charged for, that’s all. Over all, I feel as if I should have been refunded rather they could find it in there system or not. I work in retail and that is just good customer service. My store takes care of the guest first, meaning that sometimes you have to refund them for things that may not be the stores fault. Read moreI have been to many restaurants over many years. I can say without a doubt that this is the most consistent dining establishment I have ever had the pleasure to give my business to. Even though the food is made fresh, it comes out the exact same regardless of what time of the day you go. The food is priced appropriately, and the portions always make it feel like the staff are treating you specially. I have never had to wait in line for more than 3 minutes, and never had a mix up with my order. The staff makes sure to smile at you and double check what you want. I've been going to this specific QDOBA for 3 years now, and a man that goes by Hector Ortega always makes it a point to come say hello to me. He and the rest of his team do outstanding work. If I owned a restaurant, I'd probably pay him upfront to come work for me. Again, compared to something like a Chipotle or Taco Bell, there's no question about the price to performance ratio provided. The whole place is kept cleaner than $100+ steakhouses I've been to.
