Burger King — Restaurant in North Strabane Township

I went here 4-26-25 @ 4:23 p.m. with some of my family members (2 adults, 3 kids) for dinner. I had been patiently waiting for 23 minutes at the counter after placing the order. Then one of the employees set a tray of food on the counter. It looked like my order, but I didn't see a number tag on it so I asked "is this order #99?" That's when a female employee with dark hair, and a faded, reddish streak dyed in it made the comment "Can't you read?" My mother was standing right next to me and asked her in return before I could respond "Can't you just do your job?" The female employee made a few smart remarks back to my Mother as she took the tray of food back to the play area where the kids were playing. I didn't want any problems..... just our drinks so I could sit down with my family. I patiently stood at the counter looking through text messages on my cell phone when the same nasty looking, female employee with dark hair and the red streak began yelling at me, and asking me if I was taking her picture (which I was not). I said "I'm not sure what you're talking about - I'm looking through some text messages". She yelled at again telling me that she was calling the police because I'm not allowed to take her picture for her privacy... I'm not an attorney; but I'm PRETTY SURE here in Pennsylvania, we're allowed to take pictures in places like restaurants, stores, etc. unless otherwise clearly posted. This insane employee actually called the police on us. When the police showed up, they explained that while we didn't commit any crime, or do anything illegal we had to leave because the property managers wanted us to leave. It is a public restaurant, but it's also privately owned property so we peacefully left as the law abiding citizens that we actually are. I am currently trying to get in touch with "Burger King's" headquarters to file a complaint on this employee (she wasn't wearing a name tag unfortunately). It's a shame that I didn't get any photos/videos to share. I really didn't want any trouble - just food for my family and I. If I could give this place a zero, I definitely would. This has to be the most disgusting Burger King I’ve ever seen, and I travel all across the United States for work. Besides what looked like the manager and a employee smoking outside I waited for them to go inside and when they went inside there was young white man with his sleeves, rolled up, which made the shirt look like it was cut off. His hair looks so dirty and oily like he hasn’t showered in months, besides that he didn’t noticed I walked in the restaurant while he was facing the fries, and what it looked like he was scratching his private area 🤢 he noticed me and removed his hands immediately and then a Uber driver came in a minute after me. There was a man with long hair and a beard making the food and a other man who looked to be mixed black and white they all begin to talk on what kind of sexual things they would like to do to the young lady who walked in to pick up the food who was distracted, trying to fix an order that was missing something and walk away to look at the uber order and I assume she was contacting the person who ordered to make sure it was correct. Between a two restaurants of Burger King and McDonald’s, I’ve always favored Burger King but I’ve been seeing them shut down everywhere across the United States and every time The places that are looking bad like this with a bunch of people who only care about a paycheck and nothing else. This place needs to Or replace the whole staff. Aside from that there was probably around eight straws in the container and the container look like it was filled with a little bit syrup on the corners. Make no mistake, this is the trashiest and worst Burger King in Pittsburgh. I have pulled up to the speaker and been greeted with, "welcome to Wendy's. Can I take your order?" Followed by laughter for a minute straight by the employees inside. I then ordered a double Whopper with just cheese on it only, and I received a double Whopper with everything on it, and cheese added. Because the idiot was too busy laughing at his mistake to really even pay attention to what I was ordering.

A few months later I was rang up wrong. Had to call corporate after calling the restaurant directly was futile.

Yesterday I ordered a shroom and swiss melt online and I received a bacon melt. They even circled bacon on the wrapper 🤦‍♂️. It clearly says on the receipt that's taped to the bag shroom and swiss melt. I'm a bit allergic to bacon so I avoid it.

Their door is constantly locked well before they close.

They give you an attitude if you're delivering doordash and pull up to the speaker to pick up said doordash, if they've decided it's time to close. There doesn't seem to be any consistency to their hours.

They like to close the entire store before their listed hours.

I used to be a big fan of Burger King, but I feel that out of all the main fast food restaurants, they seem to have the worst customer service in general.

This place is a joke to say the least. I've never had much of an issue at the Burger King on Jefferson ave. I usually try to avoid the racetrack road Burger King and go the few extra miles to the Jefferson ave. Burger King.
