Cy's Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Chaska

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch on May 1, 2022. The Waitress just stared at us from the end of the bar, didn't move an inch. So we sat at the bar. The bartender, Ben, said "What do you want?!" We order a couple beverages and asked for a menu. He dropped a couple menus in front of us and went out for a smoke break. We got the vibe that we were inconveniencing them. The food came and the burger was a was a step above Kwik Trip and the waffle fries were burnt solid. My wife ordered a beer, but didn't get it until we were ready to leave, meanwhile the "regulars" received their drinks with awesome service. At one point my wife asked if we could get the NASCAR race on one of the TVs. You would've thought we commited a crime. The bartender said it'll be on "that" TV in minute, and he walked away again.

We are very friendly people and we tip VERY well when we go out. This was probably one of the worst customer services experiences since we went to a Philadelphia Eagles football game. If you hate customer service that much, move on.

One positive take away ... the bar was very clean.

I went here on a Friday evening for dinner and arrived around 7PM on 9/15. I started by ordering a Pepsi that turned out to be a watered down soda that needed the syrup to be changed out. I spent the next 20 minutes or so mingling before I ordered food. I went up to the bar to order as I didn't see any server taking orders. Before I could even open my mouth, the bartender told me to go back to my table and that she would get my waitress to take my order, I could immediately perceive the bartender was irritated with me. Every bar I have ever been to takes food orders at the bar, not here I guess. I ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and a side of ranch, not complicated at all. The order eventually came after about 20 minutes, it was fine. The fries weren't salted and they missed my ranch, but it was edible and I ate it. Apparently, the bar was short staffed due to a call in and they are struggling due to the construction. Nevertheless, I would likely not choose to...

Absolutely terrible... Started out by ordering a vodka Redbull, that drink wasn't bad. Then I ordered a Long Island iced tea... to be honest, not even sure what was in my drink. didn't look like a Long Island iced tea and wasn't served in the right glass tasted like cinnamon… Long Island iced tea don't even have cinnamon in it. My parents ordered Bloody Mary's, said that they were terrible , the pickle that came with the Bloody Mary was nasty and seemed like it was sitting out for hours.. The whole bar wreaked like beer...normally that means the tabs need to be changed out and are extremely dirty.... Would not be surprised if the alcohol bottles had bugs in them. It was obvious that only regulars go there, our waitress was terrible. I don't know her name, but she seemed annoyed by anything we ordered and never really came back to check in on us or see if we were doing okay. Terrible will never...
