I placed an online order through the Arby's website. The pickup time given was 6:36 PM. We arrived and checked in at the drive-thru at 6:30pm. We had to pull up and wait which was not a huge deal. Our food was not brought out to the vehicle until 6:56pm. We checked the food and the entire order was wrong with several items missing. Both our kids meal drinks were missing, both sandwiches were wrong. The kids meal items they did not have but they did not tell us that until after they brought out the bag. The items were all finally corrected, and we were brought the food and able to leave at 7:20 PM. All together we spent 50 minutes in the parking lor for 2 combos and 2 kid meals. At the least a manager should have apologized, offered a refund or something. They just kept making excuses. There were only 2 cars in line when we arrived at the restaurant as well....

I asked one of the ladies where the bathroom was, and she looked at me like I was crazy. I proceeded to use the restroom, and before I even finished, I heard a loud lady yelling, "you got 2 minutes to get out of that bathroom." I was thinking there's no way she's talking to me, then she said, "yes, I'm talking to you, the person in the bathroom." I didn't want any trouble, so I quickly left the bathroom. Before I could even get myself situated (I had just used the bathroom), she started saying, "we call the cops on people in the bathroom for longer than 5 minutes." Absolutely disgusting. Arby's is an absolute joke. I went out of my way to give them a chance, despite everyone I know saying how bad they are. Safe to say I won't ever...
Read moreAs soon as we came through the door, there was an unpleasant oder. Normally, I would just leave, but we had a tight schedule. The person at the counter just stood there with a vacant look on her face. After three uncomfortable minutes, I asked the young woman what she was trying to do. She said that she needed to finger scan in to use the cash register. Understood, but I suggested that she try it with her rubber gloves removed. She said that it usually works after a while. The workers seemed oblivious to customers waiting at the counter, while they dumped the trash and chatted loudly about their personal lives. I know that they were servicing the drive-through, but it took over 20 minutes for us to get our modest order. Even though we were the first family to enter the dine in area. I will never waste my time on this...
