I stopped by Arby's on Shallowford Rd, Tuesday night, 12/12/24. I ordered two of the 2 for 7 roast beef sandwiches, and two curley fries. I waited at the drive through window, for at least 25 minutes, on my order. It appeared there was only one person working, making drinks , going in back to cook and prepare. Finally I received what I thought to be my order. I drove home, about 5 minutes away, to sit at my table and eat. Upon opening the bags, I realized this wasn't my order. THere were 3 orders of crinkle cut fries, 2 orders of curley fries, one double roast beef, one chicken sandwich, one order of chicken nuggets, one deluxe wagu burger, and one other cheeseburger, also some cheese bites. Everything was cold, and not what I ordered. I went to Arby's for roast beef, not burgers, chicken sandwiches, regular fries or nuggets. I was very disappointed, too missed to drive ba k up there, and too hungry to not eat someone else's order. Being that I received someone else's order, Someone else received the wrong order too. This order was made at approximately 8:54 pm. Didn't save my receipt. I just wanted to let someone know, as you need to hire more help. If a manager was there, they need to to be reprimanded, for not helping the young lady, that was working the front, back, and the drive through. I am not interested in getting my money back, or a free meal. As I have decided to not return to this Arby's again. If your store is struggling in sales, This should give you some areas to shore up. Otherwise we'll have another empty restaurant building in Chattanooga. Thanks for the experience, as it will be a...
Read moreFirst of all I tried NOT to post a review, but I had to after the latest episode. I went to the drive thru after 9 pm and ordered a Reuben combo, strawberry lemonade light ice. When I arrived at my destination only a few minutes away. The curly fries were cold. The sandwich had a thin layer of sauerkraut light dressing and thin layer of meat, the bread was hard around the ends, seemed like it had been in the microwave or toaster oven or something. I was highly disappointed because I used to eat at Arby’s all the time and always received great hot food. I contacted the store manager and explained and he (Paul) was very nice and stated that he would replace my meal. I went back the next day around 9 pm and I ordered the cheesesteak combo curly fries and strawberry lemonade light ice. I drove off, arrived at my destination only to have cold fries again but the sandwich was piping hot and sloppy, it seemed as if I had Rotel dip on bread, it was very cheesy nasty and runny it looked nothing like the picture. I’m convinced that it is the cook because why did I get cold fries again? You should cook the fries last. I appreciate the replacement meal but to be totally honest, it was worse than the original meal. They both were bad and that is very disappointing. Please get a new cook or show them how to prepare the food correctly. I love Arby’s. Maybe they forgot there slogan, WE HAVE THE MEATS, because it was very little on both sandwiches… Please get it right! Shallowford...
Read moreQuite literally the most inconsiderate, and laziest people I've ever come across in my entire life. I accidentally order food at their location while in Brainerd. There wasn't a way for me to cancel the order. They were called about this and knew ahead of time. When I get through the traffic taking me 40 minutes to get there. I see that my food wasn't held on any warmer, so I politely asked if they could heat it up. Not remake my order, but to put it in a freakin MICROWAVE. The same microwave they use for 80 percent of the food they serve everyone else, but no. They decided to complain about it, and also lie, saying it's against their company policy to reheat food. An action that takes 30 SECONDS so I asked for my food back. I'll never go back here, and whoever's in charge of hiring should be fired. Because they failed in spectacular fashion, at finding someone who could do a 2 step action without whining like a...
