Used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but after my most recent experience I will not be back. Was picking up food curbside for my moms birthday. She forgot to put my white spinach queso in the original order so she called the store and they said they could add it, I would just need to pay for the queso separately when I got there. No problem, got there and gave the guy who came out my debit card to pay for the queso. He comes back several minutes later with my card and the food. I double check the food, no queso. I go in up to the to-go counter and inform them that I did not receive the white spinach queso I just paid for. The same guy doing to-go looked at me suspiciously, obviously not believing me and asked to come look at the order himself. Fine, no problem. He came out to my car and looked in the bags (he kept asking if I âjust didnât see itâ) then picked up a cup of soup asking me if that wasnât my queso⊠I said no thatâs not it, itâs white spinach queso (the soup was a reddish color by the way) After he rifled through the bags for quite some time (which really irritated me, I understand people arenât always honest about these things but it was obvious at this point I genuinely had not received what I paid for ) he finally was satisfied that I did not have the queso, gave a half-hearted apology and went back inside to get the queso (and chips, I would also like to add that I did not receive any chips which are always supposed to come with any salsa/queso/dip from there) He finally brings it out in a bag after several more minutes & I went home. I should have checked it more thoroughly; however, I had said specifically many times what it was I had ordered. I get home and see they had given me the skillet queso with beef instead of the white spinach queso I ordered. I wouldnât have been so bothered if the white spinach queso wasnât more expensive than the skillet queso, and the skillet queso has beef in it which I do not eat. Called to get a refund and the manager kept trying to persuade me to accept a coupon for a free queso the next time I come in instead. I had to adamantly refuse this a few times because I informed them that I will not be coming back to this location.    Read more6 of us decided to go to lunch around 11:30 today. We were seated and there might have been 2 other tables besides us at the time. We placed our order and all 6 of our orders came out wrong. A steak that was ordered medium was cooked well done, which she decided to eat. We sent 4 burgers back to be remade as ALL of them were wrong and also sent mexican street corn back as it looked like it was on the grill for 3 days. The 4 burgers came back out and came out looking worse than before. There were not remade and were still wrong. One came back with a hair in it. The hairy burger was sent back and replaced for a steak quesadilla that came back burner to a crisp and inedible. At this point we had already spoke with the waiter, waitress and manager. The manager was extremely rude and claimed that he was not made aware of this after already being at our table twice for these issues. He was not wearing a name tag and did not want to give us his name either. We got our checks after nobody ate any of their food and we were being charged double for things they âfixedâ while one was being charged for two meals that were not even close to being edible. He was not budging on assisting with this at all and we paid and left. Our waiter felt awful but the manger here was extremely rude and acted as if it was our fault that his cook wasnât able to follow simple instructions.    Read moreSo I been ordering chilis atleast couple times month never really have an issue until tonight. I order my usual and when I got my order, one they never tell me they are out of anything. so of course they are out of apple juice like always been told. I never got a call saying hey we are out of apple juice nothing instead they decided to give me a drink I didnât ask for. Well then Iâm going to check the rest of the bag to make sure everything is in there . I see that my side salad in a soup cup not even it the right container so i ask hey this supposed to be in the clear container not a soup cup. I mean it was in a soup container. it doesnât even hold the right amount for a side salad by the way. So the manger comes out i think his name is John and try to explain to me that it always been in a soup container but he will switch tonight and they do have apple juice too by the way. as long I order from chilis I never have gotten my side salad on a soup container. So unless this is a new thing I donât think it is I believe it just this location. This week my husband has order at other locations since he a trucker he did get his side salad in the clear container not in a soup container. so I donât know whatâs going on with this location but to me I think they need corporate to do little better on training.
