Play start order through the drive-thru and every time we would say an item that we wanted and went to give specifics of what we would like on our sandwich we were interrupted with is that all is that all is that all after each individual saying we said they did not welcome or Greta's they did not think it's at the drive-thru we pull up they stay with her total was take her change give us our money and our food and that was it there was no friendliness there was no manners used for anything we take our food home and the one sandwich was so skinny they were very skimpy on the toppings the bread was stale and crunchy so I called you speak with the manager just to let them know I wasn't quite satisfied with the way my sandwich was the manager gets on the phone and said can I help you never gave her name until I specifically asked for it she was very passive aggressive and condescending very abrupt with her manners he was put out that I was even critiquing the food mind you I'm a manager in a local restaurant up the road from them so when after I told her all this she got annoyed with me and sold me straight up ma'am I am not giving you a refund you can come back up here and I'll bring make your sandwich I was not going to go back up there and waste my time and my gas for something they should have done correctly the first time I told her I would be in the area tomorrow and she said come by and I will have them remake your sandwich I went back the next day and walked into the restaurant no other customers in there for workers and it took them six minutes to say that they would be with me shortly as all four workers were working on one sandwich I cannot believe the way I was treated I would be so Furious if my employees treated a customer the way I was treated I probably would suspend them and then make sure they got more training and customer service overall I will not go back to this Jimmy John's the food is good when it is prepared correctly you just have to...

Edit on 8/3/2023 Was in tonight. Ordered a #1. Ham and cheese. With peppers and mustard, no tomatoes. Get home and I have a turkey and cheese. With no mustard on it. So I drive back. And they fix my sandwich. Go back home and my girlfriend and I start eating. She found a hair in her sandwich. Was about 3 inches long. My hair is about half an inch long. And hers is over a foot long. So guess what. It wasn’t ours. Absolutely no beard or hair nets worn at Jimmy John’s. So, based on what I saw for hair there. It came from someone there. Usually whenever you go to Jimmy John's you have a great experience. But not this particular visit. When we went inside, they were not eager to serve you nor did they seem happy about it. The young man on the drive thru was on his cell phone texting and everything the whole time even while he was taking ownership people he'd set it down long enough to do that.
