McDonald's — Restaurant in Chattanooga

Order number 1968 placed at 10pm

Last time I visit this McDonald's until they restaff, maybe ever. This was pathetic service. The girl just whined about how she just wanted to go home, but that's all she had to say. We placed an order online, left to get it, checked in to pick up, it said our order should be out in 2-5minutes. Then it near immediately switched to "thank you enjoy" as if we had our food. It was clear the employees had just bumped our order off with every intention of taking our money and never actually giving us the food. We waited another 10 minutes after the supposed 5 and then we went to the door to ask. It was of course locked, so we go to the drive through line. Wait for another 15 minutes as they ignore the speaker. We aren't even to the speaker yet. So I pull around to the uninhabited window, and wait another 15 minutes to her about how the window girl wanting to leave. We asked her to remake our fires, and melted milk shake. She says she can't remake the shake cause the machine is closed and then brings us undercooked fries. We started to leave when I realized I'd be an idiot to trust that our order is complete with this crew. Sure enough, it was missing a burger so I circle around. They're still ignoring the speaker so the window is clear. I pull back up and wait another 10minutes while every employee in there ignores me through the window. I watch an employee make himself a milkshake with the "closed machine" and cut my vehicle off to make it clear that I won't be robbed. Finally the manager comes to the window (I'm shocked to find there is a manager there at all) and I said they forgot our burger. She picks it up from the counter and hands it to me. So our food is right at an hour old and was just sitting around because no one there wanted to do their job. If management isn't concerned with this behaviour or the damage it does to their reputation, I can only imagine what else is disgustingly lacking. Cold food, crap service and an hour of hassle. I did a mobile and cam thou about 7:30pm. I order 2 Double cheese burgers and small fries thou the drive thou. When I got up to the window. I set there 20 mins. And watch as the young girl at the 2nd window was all on her phone messing people order up. Several people was bring there order back. 2 other guys was running around with McDonalds bags on there heads then the young girl in the 2nd windows out of know where toss a drink at one of the guys. In which started a food fight. An older lady ask them who was there manager on duty. Come to find out it was one of the guys with the bags on there heads tossing food at people when the little girl toss the drink at him. After I finally got my food, look at it, they gave me 2 cheese burger. So I came in. Justin come running to me trying to figure out what wrong. I told him it don't many since for him and most of your staff on duty sitting up here having food fight with bags over there heads. And you all mess up my order. So when I told him what was the order, he ring up trying to charge me for the order again. I told him I was not paying for a mess up order again. You should have been working and not playing around. Then to top it off in the miss of that, the burn 3 basket of fries, food all over the floor, drink spill everywhere. If a health inspector comes in that place right now, it will be shut down. All the McDonald's in Chattanooga are racist about poor whites. That been going on for years. I go a year without them and try again and again single me out to tell me to leave like I just got the food and sat down. Why is the reason to tell me to leave but intent to abuse a poor white guy? Like am I a freak to get scrutinized differently?If they just want to tell poor white people to leave, are they spitting in their food too? The McDonalds in Chattanooga all discriminate against poor whites but not latinos or africans. Its like you go in and order and while you eating they just start saying white people got to leave and they just say you been there for hours to abuse poor whites so all you poor whites got burger king and taco bell there wants your money. They so rich they come out wanting to hurt your feelings like they get a thrill out of telling white people to leave so they are most abusive diners in Chattanooga TN a place to go to not do business. I was there earlier had a coffee them couple of burgers then left and took a shower, came in again and did survey for a free drink then not but about five minutes later main black manager had come to work and telling me I had been there for hours but the black customer they didnt say that too and all the crew were black except one white and lying about me and slandering me. They are voted crappiest diners in town, and their food is like dog meat in the hamburgers. I had coon meat in the mountains better than any McDonalds in Chattanooga.
