WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!!!! I'm guessing the lady at the window is the manager so not much luck in them getting rid of her but GEEEZUS!!! Every single time I have gone there and she is working she is the rudest person I have ever met and I worked in customer service for a long time. If you don't like your job that much get a different one I mean it's not that hard. Why make everyone else life miserable all because you don't want to serve fried chicken. Well that is your job that you chose to do. I don't know what she has goin on in her life to be so rude to everyone because I'm a 1000 percent sure it's not just me she acts like this to. Why would you keep someone working a customer service job that is that horrible at customer service. Doesn't seem like a good business move to me. But hey if they want to run every customer off all because you can't find people that are actually decent to work then it is what it is. All I know is I won't be going back not to the one in Hixson anyways. I will say whoever eats there better be prepared cuz they will test your patience for sure. Update: The workers name was Nicole and I went around 12:30-1 o’clock. I did not make a mobile order… I ordered at the window and was not able to finish my order bc the lady cut us off. We drive to the window told her we did not get to finish our order and she said “um whatchu mean what does so u even want” and then proceeded to tell my husband to take the drink and shoved it towards him. He started telling her what we wanted she looked at us nodded her head and was saying I already got that what else in a rude tone then when we tried to pay she slammed the window bc we had a code to get a side for free and proceeded to tell us “I can’t do that right now so you will have to just pay”

Original: The customer service was terrible. I did not get to finish my order and when we tried to finish it at the window the lady treated us with the upmost disrespect. We tried to scan our app and the lady shoved the drink in my husbands face and said can u take this in the rudest tone and slammed the window shut. Food is good but this service makes it miserable to even go there. I do not recommend whatsoever!!! I also tried to order 3 different drinks and they said nope...

Came in on Friday December 13 in the afternoon. Short haired black lady who appeared to be the manager or team lead had a serious attitude and lack of customer care skills. I was trying to tell her I had a digital coupon for some food and she cuts me off telling me we don't have any like unless I have a coupon. No one was at the counter at all then all of a sudden I felt rushed. She seemed to be so impatient that she just walked off in the middle of my order and went to the kitchen. Then a Hispanic young man comes in and she decides she should serve him first. She literally speaking loudly at him pointing at a coupon they had on the counter saying I need that coupon when all she had to do was just tear it off for him. I didn't want to deal with it. So I just walked out the store completely ordering nothing and avoided the whole situation. RATHER GO TO THE GUNBARREL LOCATION. Sad thing is this location had promise when first opening awhile back and I was on the construction crew that helped this place actually open. This is the same crap thar lead to the 58 Hwy location...
