I came on 9/11 between 5 & 6 pm and went through the drive through. I wanted to use the 10.99 bundle deal but the smoothie I ordered wasn’t apart of that deal so I wanted to use my $4 reward. The lady, Yogita, who took my order was nice but she couldn’t scan my reward for some reason. So a manager came over and he couldn’t scan it either. Instead of trying again he tried to push me into using a 20% off reward which would’ve saved me $2. I told him “no” and that I wanted to use the $4 reward. He argued with me and tried to explain how the 20% off was going to expire and I should “just use it now.” I said no again, exited my app, and got back in again. He was able to scan it, was visibly upset, raised his voice, and even tossed the receipt at me all for not using 20% off?!?? I will never go back to this Smoothie King and I’ll even tell people I know not to go either. The treatment was horrible. If you don’t know how to use the app just say that. No one wants to be yelled at and tossed a receipt while spending money at an establishment.

I ordered a medium island impact and pulled a dark brown/black hair out of my mouth. Looked in my smoothies and fished out 2 more 4 inch long black hairs. I have bright pink hair and also did not take the lid of my drink. I am absolutely horrified, that is absolutely disgusting and there is no excuse from hairs MULTIPLE HAIRS to be in my drink.
