ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜†ā˜† (3/5) – Good Chicken, Great Service, Tough Location šŸ”“šŸŸ” Raising Cane’s in Hixson serves solid chicken fingers—lightly breaded, clean, and tender with a good bite. The chicken finger sandwich stood out, especially with the brioche bun and sesame seeds, which I liked. However, the crinkle-cut fries were mediocre—not bad, just nothing special. Where Cane’s shines is service—easily five stars. Everyone was friendly and helpful, making the experience pleasant. Compared to Chick-fil-A, the service isn’t as polished, but the chicken itself holds up well. The biggest downside? The location. If you're not familiar with the area, trying to turn left across the six-lane highway is risky. The best way to get here is by taking the nearest red light and using the back road—a much safer route. Overall, good food, great service, but a challenging location and average sides. One love, but one choice.

Beautiful new building! ā¤ļø Line moved quickly for how long it was when I went through. The chicken has a batter that tastes like homemade flour dipped, super good crunchy breading! Only my 2nd time trying it. The bread was good and had sesame seeds on the edges of it. Fries were good, soft, and fresh crinkle cut. Definitely ask for an extra sauce if you like a lot w your food. Cole Slaw is pretty thick cut, but soo good! Presentation of the food and the containers was excellent! Would definitely recommend going here for chicken that tastes homemade. Kind of confusing where the window is to pick up your food is cause there are windows all down the building, but it is the last window. The way they greet you on the loud speaker to order is cute and kind of reminds me of a looney tune character. ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

Traveling Tom's Coffee was delicious—and free, which made it even better. It was pretty quiet until around 8ish, when things started picking up. The employees were out front dancing and having a lot of fun, while people stopped to watch and take pictures. It was a pretty fun scene overall. The chicken was good but I feel like it didn't have a unique flavor of any kind just chicken tenders but they were extremely tender. if you didn't know that's pretty much all they sell here. Sorry about the shaky video; it was about 20° outside and a little windy. This was the grand opening, and I'll be trying out the food over the next few months. I'll keep updating my review as I go.

My order got lost and asked an employee about it. She got a manager and he asked for my receipt. I showed him. He walks to the back talking to the employees about it. He then goes to the other side of the restaurant to talk. I waiting a while longer. At this point it was close to 30 mins. I finally waved my hands for him to come over because I was going to be late for an event. He came over and told him I really needed to leave. They got my food to me and never said I am sorry. Not once. I left a complaint online. Someone else calls me and tried to pretty much say I was lying because he said he went back and watch a video and something about seven meals and the manager standing at the window the whole time to make sure my food came out correctly. I told him that was the wrong complaint. I was not in the drive-through I was inside and I didn’t have seven meals. I had three. He didn’t even bother to make sure he had the right complaint. He said well I don’t know about that one and I’m not gonna make excuses. I’m just gonna say I’m sorry for what happened. So if they’re going to watch video to see if a customer’s lying, they probably should make sure they’re watching the right one. I will not be back. The one star for service was only for the cashier. She...

I’m not sure what all the hype is about the new Cane’s chicken joint. They didn’t have any Cole slaw, the fries weren’t warm and they were floppy, and the chicken had absolutely no flavor šŸ™„šŸ™„šŸ™„ Just chicken with flour… Y’all can totally keep that mess bc it wasn’t even worth THINKING about the carbs. What’s even sadder is that they don’t offer anything besides carbs, no salads or anything, just fries and bread. 🤮🤮🤮 Every time we’ve driven by this place, the line has been all the way out and down highway 153. I have no clue as to why because it was not good. The chicken was hot but that is about the only positive thing I can say about it. No flavor whatsoever which is such a shame. If you’re thinking about skipping the Canes sauce, don’t, as it’s the only way to add any halfway decent flavor to the chicken and fries! Save your money and go to Zaxbys, Champys, or cheddars….really...
