Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chattanooga

This is probably the worst Taco Bell on this side of town. I wouldn't say the service is rude, but it seems to be consistently slow. This store will also randomly stop selling deal combinations. The main one is the cravings deal. Since the cravings deal started this store will carry the deal sporadically which if you're looking for continuity of service is disenchanting. The last time I was there, out of curiosity, I ordered the deal from the app and picked it up at this store. They honored it, but it was treated as them going out of their way. I was told their store decided to stop making it available in order to simplify the menu for their high turnover staff.... We came through the drive-through around 230. Placed our order and got our bag, but as I'm looking through it, I notice that one of our items was missing. We drive back through the drive through amd pull up to the order box. They ask what they can get us, and my husband says that we were just in the line and we didn't get the crunchwrap we ordered. Silence. We sit there and then another person asks us the same question. We tell them the same thing. Silence. Then another lady asks if there is anything she can help us with. My husband explained again that we were missing an item, and finally, they responded and told us to pull to the window where it was ready for pick up. The food was great. I have a suggestion, though. I went in to grab something quick and cheap. I was getting 2 items of the value menu, the sign said to enter it at the kiosk. I entered the order which took twice as long then I stood waited. After about 10 minutes somebody can put and called my name and said the fryer was down so I asked if it took 10 minutes to find that out? He asked if I wanted a refund and I said I wanted something to eat so he went and got a manager. She asked the same thing and I said I wanted something to eat but if they couldn't serve me then I would want a refund. I had ordered a bean burrito and some taco that I guess went into the fryer.
