I’m making this review down the middle only because I was a loyal customer and I was here everyday for almost two years— usually ordering only drinks for my daily commute.
Unfortunately, this past month there are people I don’t recognize at all and they’re getting my order wrong every time.
Please value training your new employees, especially the younger ones, to take their time to get the order correct—I’d rather wait a little longer then get home and find out it was wrong. Teach them to ask questions and not make assumptions—if possible, repeat the order back especially if they had a hard time understanding and tell them their total, thank you and please pull forward. Repeating the order will help both parties make sure nothing was forgotten. I know it’s fast food, but I usually order drinks and if they can’t get that right how will they get larger orders right? I’d say take more time, those timers you guys have are very unrealistic. I wish I could tell corporate that—I used to work for McDonald’s years and years ago. So, I get it. Read moreJust tried to go to this place. Order what I normally do. Am told they no longer serve it in the afternoon...it's 9pm, but whatever. I do a double take, there it is on the menu. I say as much, new policy. Ok, so you don't serve what you clearly have on your menu. Fine. Last straw for me however. I visited this place on average of 3-4 times a week. The staff is always great. Management? Different story. Everyone I know seems to be having issues with this place. Two different people I've talked to showed up and had an employee vehicle blocking the drive thru so you couldn't go in, one complained and was blown off. I still visit ones in other towns, they're fine. It's just this one. Evidently Ms. Nixon has totally given up. Or has hired middle management that is completely and utterly incompetent. Read moreStopped here on a road trip. They told us to pull to the front for one burger and two fries. Waited 15 minutes while other cars were passing us with their food. A guy parked next to us and the girl came out and gave our food to him. He dug through the bag and then went up there and she came out and switched him bags and then took our food from him and gave it straight to us and then didn’t apologize or anything. You’re not supposed to take back food from a customer after it’s out of your hands and sight and you’re definitely not supposed to take that and then give it to another person because you don’t know what that other person could’ve done to the food in that time.
