I wish I could give this place 5 stars but due to the service we received, 3 stars is me being generous.
When we first arrived we were not greeted by anyone and there were no signs that said “seat yourself” the staff saw me (I looked lost, and even held the door open for an employee in hopes that they would acknowledge me) and still I was the one that approached her and asked about seating. She did kindly offer to clean off a table inside but as we waited outside we found one that better suited us. After finding our seats she brought 6 water cups out even though there were 7 of us and saw that we had toddler with us but didn’t think to offer a high chair, that was another thing we had to ask for along with an extra cup for her. After waiting a while she came back out to take our food order and then left again and we didn’t see her until after our food was out. which did take longer than expected. We understood that it was a busy friday but some attention and reassurance would’ve been nice. My brother ordered a beer mid meal (he attempted to get her attention earlier but she seemed to not have ears for us) and it never came but somehow still made it on to the bill. She did remove it after I asked but we were still disappointed that it never came. When she did give me the correct bill she didn’t tell me anything about being able to pay online or anything so I put my card in the clipboard as one does and waited… for a while. Not once did she try and help or tell me how to pay the bill. I finally ended up seeing it and doing it myself and even told her I did but she didn’t seem to care.
I believe her name is Karissa. That name was on the receipt.
The food was good but we left with a bad taste due to how poorly we...
Read moreIt was our first time going to Chelan, WA and everyone was really friendly to us, except this place. Walked in for dinner on a Friday night with a huge crowd inside. Says masks required at the front door but no one there is actually wearing one. Now I’m not a picky person and won’t give a one star just because of no masks during covid, however, the main thing that bothered us was the bartender/waitress in the front. Every time she would just look/stare at us and walk by our table without even bothering to ask if our food is ok or if we’re even ready to order. Not exactly sure if it’s because we’re Asian or just not the same race as her but she kept skipping over us to go to the tables next to us and ask them how is everything and if they had enough food. When we tried to get her attention, she just kind of gave us that weird don’t bother me kind of look and was quite curt. We had also asked for our drinks like 4 times and it took us finishing half our meal just to get it. The only time she even really said thank you was when we paid and she asked if we needed change. I guess if you’re not the same race as her (Caucasian) don’t bother coming here expecting great...
Read moreWe had a party of 6 come here for dinner and immediately upon arriving we were rudely greeted by a lady working the bar (nobody had name tags) instead of nicely telling us about the single check and 20% gratuity added on it was more like she was trying to get us to leave. After being seated we were quickly given water and our order was taken by another lady. I believe she was almost off work since she was sitting at the bar chatting with a guy rather than checking on our table when we had several things messed up from our order. We also ordered 2 side salads and were charged for 2 of the bigger salads (meal salads) which the dressing was very runny. Besides that the food was very good, however if you’re looking for French fries you might want to go elsewhere, they serve chips or soup for the side. Our experience did get better halfway through our meal a very nice lady starting waiting on our table. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve given a 1 star rating. We appreciated her checking in on us to make sure we were good and being...
