Not a great experience. Our server was kind and charismatic but the food and drinks were lackluster and lukewarm. We only ordered 1 drink and they were out of it, which took 15mins to let us know, and the replacement drink was spilled and they didn't even offer to replace it--we wouldn't have expected them to, but for a $120 dinner it would have been a nice touch. 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 1 drink totalling $120 is a lot. Ordered the ribs and they were lukewarm; the server said they were "tossed" in rib sauce but it was clearly just drizzled on afterwards. The fries were PATHETIC. Overcooked, cold. The veggies on the side were very sad and looked like a frozen bag of veggies you microwave steam. The burger was alright but not worth $26.

A lot of potential here, but it's unfortunately missed the mark. Customer service should be impeccable for that price. We were approached by 2 or 3 people that looked like guests but were apparently owners or Managers? I mean, they were in sneakers and shorts, not manager attire. It was totally random the times they talked to us too, and they should have seen the uneaten food when they approached us. The photo below is how we left the table. Surprised they did not say anything. Also we had a dog with us and it took 20+ minutes for them to offer water. We finally just got up and went to the entrance to get a water dish and fill it ourselves.

Take your money elsewhere. Tin Lilly: please get educated on top line customer service and food. Set yourselves apart from the rest of Chelan for...

Before the new ownership this was the best restaurant in Chelan. Yesterday was my first time back since the new owners took over and I am so sad that I will not be returning after our experience. I was even warned before going here that it was terrible now but still decided to give it a try. A table that came after us got their food before us, we hardly ever had them come around to ask how we were doing and the our server, who in fact was one of the owners, seemed like it was his first day on the job. The table next to us sat there for 15 minutes without anyone coming to even ask them for drinks so they got up and left. The next table that came sat there for 25 minutes without someone coming to ask them for drinks... we actually had to go up to the hostess and let her know they had been there that long with no help. The smoked Alfredo was terrible and 3 people at my table got it, 2 of them ate most of it because we waited so long and they were starving but one took one bite and didn’t like it at all and didn’t think she should have to spend $17 on it so she mentioned it and he did not even care. A normal server would ask what he could do to make it better, can I get you something else, or here’s a discount, or whatever to make the customer happy but he literally just says “sorry” as he was walking...

Was recommended by a twenty something nice lady. However, did not take into account age or lack of life experience before taking wife for dinner. We arrived at an apparently slow time on Saturday evening (600pm) , thinking we were lucky. We were seated on high stools with 12 inch seats while more than 5 booths were completely open with no one waiting. (Keeping in mind that wife has dress on) . We searched menu for our meals and found only tacos, tacos, tacos, and oh, a qeusedilla. Not much to offer as far as food goes. The bar seems to be the main attraction in this establishment. I do enjoy my weekend drinks but they are not my main entrees for dinner. But I can give one star for the amount of time the servers gave us to just decide that we may want something to drink. We waited more than a reasonable amount of time before a server ever visited our table, then greeting us with "Has anyone taken your drink order?" UH, do you see any? We decided that our wasted 30 min. here was enough unrecoverable amount of time spent. We discussed menu with server who said we could create an entee, lol. It only consisted of just modifying listed tacos. We left. If we decide to get a baby sitter just to go out for drinks and waste precious time, we will give this place a second try. Or NOT....

Our server was Heather and she was attentive to us, she was great! Food was served quickly and was hot, which was good as it was 37 degrees outside! They had two wood burning fire pits which helped keep us warm. I Iiked the "Drunken Clams", note they are spicy hot to some. Fresh cut frys!! Excellent prime rib French dip that has lightly cooked red onions in it. The mac & cheese was another home run, we added chicken for $7. The chicken & mac was succulent. Homestead "add" salad was a big side salad, almost a meal on its own. Great job in a tough time when our governor is forcing diners outside in the winter! It's not inexpensive, but no arguments here as you get what you pay for and we had plenty of leftovers for another complete meal. Wednesday afternoon, Dec 2, 2020.

Ate lunch here. The menu has something for everyone. There's street parking, which was easy enough to secure, especially as it's at the quieter end of the main street (near the visitor centre). There is indoor and outdoor seating available. Service is friendly. The kids menu had run of the mill kids options - "yard bird" (chicken strips), "jackeroos" (sliders), "prairie dogs" (corn dogs), "mararoonee" (mac & cheese), "the pinto" (grilled cheese sandwich) etc . The main menu had a decent selection of starters, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, sliders etc There is a full selection of beverages - soft drinks, beers, cocktails and wine.
